Abstract:From the aspect of geography this thesis gives a perspective of the traditional Chinese Feng shui. It points out that (1) Feng shui originated in the central area of the ancient Chinese civilization; (2) An ideal feng shui point should have standard terrain and harmonious environment; (3) The traditional Chinese Fengshui is different from Western geographical determinism in the discussion of man-erath relationship.
