Abstract：Tourist resources of Guilin are special abundant from nature. It became an urgent topic how to deepen the degree of tourist exploitation in great Guilin. From current situation of Guilin tourism, in this paper related conditions are deeply analysed and the idea estabishing great Guilin tourist district is given.
