Abstract：The paper analysed the condition of economic development both abroad and domestic, indicated that Nankuang Town was encountering a golden opportunity along with the exploitation of Tieshan Port industrial area in Beihai city, but it also faced the strong extruding power and severe challenge. The development potentiality and advantages as well as disavantages of Nankuang Town were evaluated, its strategic conception of openness and development as well as relevant middle-term and long-term countermeasures and suggestions were also discussed in this paper.
