Abstract：The Land-use structure is decided by the levels of industrial development and industry structure. The preceding condition of adjusting land-use structure is the optimization of industrial structure. It is the direction of adjusting land-use structure that we should rationally distribute the limited land resources to every unit of actional economy according to the order of industrial development so as to enhance the rates and efficiency Of our land by making full use of our land.
