Abstract：Inland boundary district is a piece of special area where the economy was in "low Valley" for historical reasons, but it has forne the bunt from the dead corner of economic development since the implement open policies, in the connecting of ex-internal economic relations, it has optimum territorial benefits with the options of bi-makets and bi-raw-material-sources and has drawn great concern. Dehong is the most advantagcour district on the open and development conditions in the inland areas of china, by assessing and quantifily analyzing, the port's environmental conditions, this paper try to demonstrate the special position of Dehong port in the nation and lend furture researcher on the trade and ports of inland boundary districts.
