Abstract：Since the foundation of the People's Republic of China, the development of Country fair in Nanjing Area has experienced several rising and falling. and they have become the necessary market for the people's every-day life, Meanwhife, the traditional country fair has been foundmentally changed. The courdry fair in the different area of Nanjing suchas ward, suburb and administrated country has obvious areal differentiation. The author analyse and anticipate the development and Location trend of country fair in Nanjing Area through several mainly influential factors.
