摘要

本文探讨农村概念入手,较详细地阐述了农村发展的内涵和战后世界农村发展的演变过程。

Abstract

After the World War Ⅱ, rural development has been speeding up in the world. The main aim of rural development is to improve the living quality of ruralinhabi-tants, it includes economical development, social progress and improvement of envi-ronmental quality. There are great differences in rural development between devel-oped and developing countries.
