Abstract：Beacause GuangXi is conveniently located at the juncture of South China and Southwest China and play a role of a bridge Linking up Southwest China and partly Central China with Southeast Asia and south China Sea, there are a fine environment and adventegeous geographic location for real estate investing this region. With the implementation of THE GREATE PASSAGE STRATYGE and unfolding of economic allocation, the economical increase of GuangXi has entered a stage of taking off. The prespects of investing in residerices and tertiary industry building is very bright. Now, it is the golden age of GuangXi's real estate industry.
Considering the coming trends of the market, investors should take attention to developing towns and small cities close to main transport Lines of THE GREATE PASSAGE while racing to the market of big and medium cities, to developing the economical and practical residences while ensuring the constuction of high grade building, and to occupying adventegous sections of the old city while investing into the new exploiting district.
