Abstract：The statue of the human nourishment ecosystem shows the significant characteristic in the process of the human civilization evolution. The spatial peculiarity of the human nourishment ecosystem reveals the evolution regular pattern of the human nourishment structure in different region and culture background and aims at the fulfillment of the spatial homeostasis. It displays the instructive meaning on the study of the formulation of the human safeguard structure and the balance of the human nourishment ecosystem.
