任何一种犯罪都是犯罪行为者在特定的地理时空内进行的,因此,犯罪行为无不受地理环境的影响而呈现出地理规律性。本文用犯罪地理学、行为地理学和人类生物学的观点,结合国内外犯罪规律实证研究,系统地探讨了犯罪的行为地理规律、自然地理规律、社会地理规律和犯罪的人工环境规律。这些犯罪规律实证研究,在理论上有利于促进犯罪地理学和犯罪学的发展,在实践上可为制定犯罪防控决策提供科学依据。

Every crime action must be in some particular geographical time-space. Thereby, the crime action always manifests some geographical regularity influenced by geographical environment.
From the viewpoints of crime-geography, humanity-biology and action-geography, and with the reference of domestic and foreign case studies about crimes, this thesis probes some criminal geographical regularity from four aspects.
The criminal action-geographical regularity mainly reveals the regularity of criminals' humanity-biological regularity and their crime committing.
The criminal natural geographical regularity mainly reveals the regularity of criminal alternation of day and night, criminal changes by seasons, criminal natural periods and criminal latitude, etc. The regularity of criminal social geographical environment mainly reveals the influence between social environment and criminal actions. The criminal actions always change with the change of social environment and manifest fixed regularity, such as regularity of criminal fluctuation, regularity of criminal appearance and disappearance, regularity of criminal radiation, regularity of criminal reason and outcome, and regularity of criminal synchronization.
The criminal artificial environmental regularity mainly does some researches about the influence of gathering and residence environment to crimes, and it reveals the criminal regularity of urban environment, rural environment and residence environment, etc.
The geographical regularity of criminal actions must be complex. Hence, Authentic proof study of criminal geographical regularity must be a long course. Only through continuous and deep study, can we reveal the essential geographical regularity of criminal actions.
The authentic proof research of criminal geographical regularity can bring theoretical and practical significance. It can accelerate the study of criminal geography in theory and give some scientific advice to avoid and control criminal actions in practice.
