女性工作场所的身份认同与阶层生产——以某高校食堂为例

摘要本文在劳动过程理论和女性地理学研究的理论成果上，对学校食堂进行研究，分析两种类型女工在工作场所的分工等级与认同机制。首先，劳动过程理论的意义在于解析了资本主义在发展过程中，如何制造服从的员工和稳固的分工等级关系；但是本文研究表明，当部分女工没有被完全纳入生产的中心环节时，她们进入工作场所之前的性别身份就起到了重要的预设作用。籍此，本文试图推动社会—空间作用双层机制研究，尝试推动微观空间尺度内自我身份在劳动过程中认定与生产的理论建构。

Abstract：Labor process theory is highly applied in many disciplines, such as labor studies, factory sociology and labor geography. Workplace like factories and restaurants in China has gained a lot of attention. However, the canteen in education department is rarely been focused on. These canteens are different from other workplace as they specially service for college students and teachers. Moreover, these canteens are often managed by different agents which are the university department, state-owned corporation and privatelyowned corporation, differentiating management approaches of workers. As a result of it, canteens in the university are worth analysed. According to this, we raised the questions in this paper, 1） How female rural-urban migrants are recruited and arranged in their work in the college canteens. 2） What special identities of female workers are produced in this different workplace. 3） How space/environment play a role in the production of class and identity of female workers. Through the in-depth interviews and observation, we find that, 1） Workers employed by the division of labor is produced based on gender, appearance, home place and the level of education in the university canteen. 2） The interactions with students and teachers have more effects on female workers which lack education, intensifying their inferior self-identity. 3）When workers do not be contained in the core production activities, the identity attributes before they entering the labor market play a more h important role in making the labor consent.
