Abstract：This article explores the relationship of floating population and the spread of HIV/AIDS in Yunnan Province. Floating population is one of the important factors that promote the spread of HIV,mainly by its characteristics and regional factors. At the end of this article,some corresponding countermeasures have been put forward.
