Abstract The optimization of man-earth system lies in the way to harmonize their internal relations and to approach the goal of rational allocation among population,material,energy and informatin flow in PRED process.
This paper take the man-earth system as the theoretical basis.At first,the author generalizes the work beginning with the evolution period of man-earth relationship in history.Secondly,analyses the main characteristics,structure,function of man-earth relationship. Thirdly,points out the co re of optimization and theoretical model on manearth system.
