Abstract The paper analyses the modes conditions of the FDI in Shanghai from the macro,medium,micro gradations and studies the development rule of industry to FDI in Shanghai. The main industries of FDI,are replaced by the higher level industries. The invest location of multinational companies of Shanghai is focused on the Southeast Asia,North America and South Africa. Finally we hope the government give some supports to promote the FDI of Shanghai.
