Abstract This paper analyses the influence on the regional economy's development of culture modality,culture custom,and culture conception's improvement and puts forward that culture modality deeply influences the development of regional economy;Culture custom obstacle exchanges of regional economy and technology;Culture conception's improvement prompts the changes of modality of regional economic development. At last,the author gives some advice on regional economy's sustainable development from the angle of regional culture.
