Abstract With the development of economy, the quantities of old people increase apparently in China's east area.The article discusses the effect of tendency to be older on the profit of tourism and makes the tourism enterprise to know how to adapt to the tendency, how to change the manageable ideal, how to regulate the strategy of management, in the end obtains the progress of profits from tourism.
