Abstract The author researches how the ecology protection will be taken account of while the economy develops.The author thinks of how to solve the problem,adjust the present economy structure,restrain traditional industry,and develop special agriculture.And other issues are also discussed in this paper,for example,restrain and transform the traditional industry,change the industry which is harmful to the environment,develop the model of cyclic economy and green industry,make full use of the resources of the region,etc.
