新区域主义视角下长株潭城市群区域一体化过程与影响因素

Abstract Under the background of globalization and regional integration, new area mainly has the advantagein analysis of competition and cooperation relationship between regional and receives extensive attention. Under the theoretical perspective of new regionalism, compare concentration factor, urban gravity model and economic network structure model, the integration of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration is analyzed. The results showed that:the level of regional integration of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration notable differences in different era background, and specific characteristics is presented the "high-low-high" as "V" type curve characteristics and its development process can be divided into three stages. The first stage is the stage of planned economy from 1980 to 1990, the regional integration of urban agglomeration level is high and the government power is the leading factor. The second stage is from 1990 to 2000 by the planned economy to a socialist market economic transition, the stage is the planned economy power decay but the market has not yet formed, regional integration is low. The third stage after 2000, with the establishment of the socialist market economy, the regional integration of Changsha-ZhuzhouXiangtan urban agglomeration is higher. On the whole, the mainly influence factors of the regional integration of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration transferred from the government to the market and present a very obvious new regionalism feature.
