Abstract Economy makes the foundation and plays an important role in the development of culture, and the present culture is the economy of tomorrow. The coordinated development of the culture and the economy has become the development tendency of contemporary society. On the basis of the research about the culture and economy in Jiangsu province, by using quantificational methods, this paper gives a study on the process and structure of coordinated development between culture and economy of Jiangsu Province.
