Abstract：This paper expounds the bases, conditions, necessity and feasibility of developing touring routes in Hunan Province, Puts forward the plan of designing the touring routes, studies the local features and tourism market orientation of the four designed routes and their development measures and management strategies as well. It is of great importance to develop hot Hunan-featured touring voutes in order to rurn Hunan with great speed from a big province with plentiful touring resources into a prosperous one with fouring economy.
