Abstract：The change of labor structure, relative speeds on labor transformation and urbanization in Shaanxi are first reviewed in this paper.And the present problems on these mentioned above are put forward.Then influential mechanism upon labor transformation and urbanization are practically analyzed.In the end, some suggestions are given to accelerate labor transformation and urbanization of Shaanxi.
