摘要旅游业的先导作用、文化效应和经济效应决定了它在东北亚地区经济技术合作中的地位,本文分析了东北亚地区旅游业的发展基础与协作潜力,就东北亚地区旅游业发展战略与中国延边地区的相应抉择进行了探讨。

Abstract：The paper argued that precursor functions and cultural and economic effects of tourism determined its position in economic and technical cooperation in Northeast Asia. In order to ensure the steady development of the tourism in the area, author analysed the development foundation and cooperation potential of the tourism in the region and discussed its development strategy as well as the specific programs for Yanbian Area.
