Abstract：Absorbing foreign Capital in one of manners that the developing country develops economy. By locational superiority, Mexico opens market, and improves invest environment, and absorbs a large sum of foreign capital, and accelerates econornic development. This paper analyses the Invest environment of Mexico, and the success of absorbing foreign capital, puts out the problems in absorbing foreign capital.
