Abstract：Driven by the progress of sciences and technology and the globalization of economy, international relations will further focus on economy, and maintain and search for peace and cooperation.The geo-relation theory, which takes the interpretation and design of international relations as its tasks, should make some innovation as following:change its aims from seeking for haremony to seeking for co operation, change its subjects from geopolitics to geoeconomics, change its interpretation factor from geographical position to scicnces, technology and manpower, change its standpoint from Europe to globe.
