Abstract：Oasis cities have their own development law.In this paper, the Urban System in Oasis has been studied from such four structural system as scale hierarchy、function、space and network through case study of Hexi Corridor, Gansu Province.We can conclude that oasis is natural base of development of Oasis City System and their distribution、area、economic level will mainly affect the urban scale、urban hierarchy、urban function、urban space structure in the oasis.
