ANALYSIS ON THE NEW COUNTRYSIDE CONSTRUCTURE BASED ON THE IDEAS OF URBAN-RURAL INTEGRATON

Abstract：China has entered the comprehensive construction of a well-off society in the new period. All the regions around the country are making their efforts to comprehensively improve the overall level of construction in rural areas. Although it has made considerable progress, it still exposes a lot of problems, which require the introduction of new ideas. Based on the in-depth analysis of Urban-rural Integration, this paper reveals its inspiration on the New Countryside Construction, concluding that:First, the urban and rural space are integrated into an "integrated regional body"; Secondly, integration means that the two are interdependent and complementary in their functions and structures; Thirdly, urban and rural share the infrastructure and the residents in both urban and rural communicate conveniently in introduction and dailylife; Fourthly, population, capital, technology, information, and other elements flow with a high degree of patent between urban and rural; Fifthly, the ecological environment of urban and rural shoud be in coordination. As a result, the New Countryside Construction from the view of Urban-rural Integration should be done as follows:First, the New Countryside Construction should conform to the rapid development and irreversible trend of urbanization; Secondly, the New Countryside Construction must focus on the construction of small towns; Thirdly, both the principles of encouragement and restriction should be practiced in the New Countryside Construction, and classified guidance should be strengthened; Fourthly, the urban and rural areas should be planned as a whole, and integrated into an "integrated regional body"; Fifthly, the construction mode must be innovated. This article analyzes and studies the New Countryside Construction from the urbanization trend under the Urban-rural Integration, the construction of small towns, rural and urban planning, innovative models, and so on, so as to provide a guidance in ideas and methods for sustainable rural construction.
