Abstract:This paper took the Chenzhou city as an example which is based on the quantitative analysis of the mountainous tourism resources in the Chenzhou city. The writer explored the principles and the contents of designing the mountainous travel products. Seven design principles have been proposed and eight types of travel products have been forwarded. A database of the mountain-related travel products has been constructed, aiming at developing the tourism industry in mountainous areas.
