Abstract：China has a long history and rich cultural resources. Cultural resources play a distinct role in the development of social economy. Regional comparison is an important approach to indentify chinese cultural resources.
The major difference between Chinese and American culture is:the U.S. emphasizes the supremacy of individual while China of group. In mode of thinking, China stresses synthesis, paying attention to the lateral ties, determing the nature, while the U.S. stresses a mechanical, microcosmic and vertical thinking mode.
There are dissimilarities as similaritis between Chinese and Japanese culture. The dissimilarities are:the concept of state, the concept of clique and villange community, the concept of civil spirit or martial spirit, etc.
China is vast in territory, thus its interior regional diversity of culture is clear, mainly including between Southern and Northern Area:language, economy, politics military forces, etc. In the end, I put forward the internal relations to Chinese culture and present market oriented economy.
