Abstract：With the theories of Dissipative Structure and Self-Organization, this paper deeply studies the mechanism and developing law between the population reproduction and ecological environment from the viewpoints of material circulation and energy movement. The author thinks that reestablishing the bases of ecological balance and harmonious relationship between man and nature relies on controling population growth and choicing reasonable pattern in economic development as well as improving and protecting ecological environment by the means of technical advancement.
