Abstract：This paper analyses and forecasts both the feature of frsctal of cities system in Neijiang municipality and its scale structure by using the models of distributions of scale structure of cities system.It points out the law of development of cities system in Neijiang municipality and countermeasures on bringing about a great its advance.
