Abstract：Labor force supply in northeast region of China now attains unprecedented degree.The paper analyzed the characteristics of quantity.According to the profession that involves,it mainly concentrates on herd fishery and transportation industries in manufacturing industry,building industry,agriculture and forestry.Labor force output outlet lacks of norm,especially the international flowing information of labor force.
To develop labor force international flowing in Northeast region,the paper provide with me following suggestion:developing different regional market;choosing counterplan in different industry advantages;promoting international fluxion of labor force in this region;developing traditional advantages at the same time;realizing the change of the principle of management;establishing outward rent service cooperation centers and realizing the resources integration,etc.
