Abstract：The essay discussed the regional differences of Chinese landscape painting based on the art-geography science. The impacts of geography environment on the landscape painting are mainly manifested in several aspects: the geography environment have an important influence on the aspect of landscape painting, the inspiration of landscape painters, the style of landscape painting and the regional features, the school of painting and the assembling of regional talents. Therefore, the geographical environment is not only the target and source of an artist creation, but also the key factors determined on the art style. It has an important influence on the establishment of landscape painting school and the development of regional artists.
