Abstract:Firstly, from the point of industry distribution, this article analyzes some characteristics of MICE industry, which is one of the industries symbolizing the knowledge economy era, the location of assembling and scattering urban current, a highly specialized service industry, a highly synthetic form of marketing, and a comprehensive system backed by many urban industries. Secondly, the paper points out some of the current conditions of MICE industry distribution, that is, the distribution of MICE industry is spreading from Europe & North America to the rest of the world; the large centers of MICE industry is expanding from downtown area to urban suburb; the distribution of these large centers is becoming more and more important connected with the process of urban planning. Then the article summarizes some of the demands when distributing MICE industry taking the experience of Germany and Hong Kong as examples from both macro and micro levels respectively. Lastly the article puts forward some of the suggestions in the distribution of MICE industry in our country:①to consider integrated factors especially the actual urban economic power; ② to develop its own professional MICE industry and create its famous brand products according to the special features of urban industry; ③to integrate with the development of urban strategy and coordinate with the urban overall plan; ④to be proved strictly and scientifically before the distribution of large scare centers.
