Abstract：This paper analyzes the present conditions and the reasons of the conflict between international trade and environment and discusses the facing difficulties in settling down the conflict. Based on this, it puts out five aspects of the way to coordinate trade and environment. That is to build the inner-calculated system for environmental cost in international trade, to build sustainable compensating fund, to build the multilateral cooperation mechanism under the rule of trade and environmental pact, to build the unified and standardized management system concerning all countries ‘Environmental Marking System’, and to construct the worldwide legislation and valuable ethics to coordinate environment and trade.
