Abstract:With the process of economic integration in the Yangtze Delta Area, the cooperation of tourism development is strengthening constantly among every city in this area. However, the tourism development in the area is often limited in each administrative division and lacks cooperation, which lead to the fact that the continuous development of the regional tourism is made weakly, thus restricted the further promotion of the whole strength of regional tourism of the Yangtze Delta area.
Based on the analysis of the current situation of the tourism development in Yangtze Delta Area, the paper points out that some remarkable problems of tourism development exist in this area at present, which are shown in the following 3 aspects:①The effect of the core city of Shanghai for the development of regional tourism wasn't fully shown.②The correspondence and continuous development of the regional tourism manifest its disadvantage in this area.③The level of regional tourism development is not clear.
In order to solve these problems, according to the concept of tourism area and the basis of tourism circuit formed, the paper builds 7 urban tourism circles and divides them as three classes by making use of tourism area model and MapInfo software and MapBasic. The concrete method is the following:First, elects 7 key cities from the 15 cities in this area.Second, calculate out the radius of each tourism circuit and class them. In the 7 tourism circles, Shanghai's tourism circuit is first class,Hangzhou's and Suzhou's are second class, the other four are third class. At last,on the basis of the above analysis, the paper puts forward the big tourism circuit of Shanghai covering the whole Yangtze Delta Area should be structured, which is the best way to advance the development of regional tourism of Shanghai, strengthen the effect of the core city of Shanghai for the development of regional tourism, expand the tourism circuit of the Yangtze Delta Area.
