A RESEARCH ON SPACE STRUCTURE OF URBAN INTELLIGENCE RECREATION GROUND

Abstract：This paper aims to conduct a research on the leisure & recreation place especially the urban intelligence recreation ground which becomes the core content of the (micro) region research. From the perspective of interdisciplinary research including urban sociology and urban geography, first of all, the authors give a clear definition of the concept, the function and the significance of the urban intelligence recreation ground, and classify it from the perspectives of residents' daily behavior and consumption groups. Secondly, they summarize the spatial formation mechanism of the urban intelligence recreation ground. The result shows that (1) More and more intelligence recreation grounds are needed. (2) Through systematically describing the formation of ecological principle, city life space principle and the world system theory in foreign countries, the authors point out that the hierarchy, life cycle, and sub-culture of the urban residents' daily consumption behavior will lead to the expression of hierarchy, classification, and fashion of the space. It promotes the various recreational places which have the function of increasing intelligence, healthcare, entertainment and relaxation. (3)Also, through the study on the integration relation between the cultural places and urban functions, and the integration relation between the urban residents' culture and leisure entertainment behavior, the author reveals that there is a coupling relationship between the cultural places and the intelligence recreation ground. The number of the urban intelligence recreation ground exceeds the cultural places, which take an important role in the development of leisure and entertainment, and become content of social life space structure (landscape) subject. Finally, the authors sum up the characteristics of the economic spatial structure, tourism spatial structure, ecological spatial structure and social spatial structure of the spatial distribution in the urban intelligence recreation ground.
