Abstract：Agriculture system is an open, complicated and great system. Its functions depend on its structure. The rational agricultural structure should make full and rational use of agricultural natural resources and social economic resources; exert regional advantages in the light of local conditions to make good combination of agricultural ecological result and economic benefit. It is to form a good circulation to reach the goal of low investment, good benefical result, and continuing steady increasing in yielding. Based on the opening,complication and gradation of agriculture system, the study makes use of the structural analysis-coordination calculation in systems engineering to work out the best agricultural structure of the six counties or cities in Zuo River Valley of Nanning Area. That is to say, the rational agricultural structure. This will provide scientific basis for making the economic development program in the area.
