摘要 山东省胶济铁路沿线产业带经济发达、产业高度密集。该经济带从1840年到目前经历了低水平均衡性空间结构的雏形期,多核心空间结构的发展期,带状点轴空间结构的成熟期。城市化水平也呈相应程度的发展,从城市化水平低、增速慢,城市化滞后于国民经济增长;城市规模结构不尽合理,中心城市的综合实力不强,规模偏小,城市主导功能和职能构成分类明显,对农村人口转移的吸引力不大;一直发展到区域性基础设施水平较高,城市群的开放性和边界的模糊性等特征。在此基础上,胶济铁路经济带城市化发展更要抓住机遇,通过尽快实现胶济铁路电气化的同时,实现腹地西扩,加大城市规模,搞好城市的产业升级和城市升级。

Abstract:Economical zone along the Jiaoji railway is the most developed economic zone of Shandong province with highly dense industry cores. This economical zone has experienced the low level equilibrium spatial structure embryonic period, the multi-cores spatial structure developing period and the belt-shaped spot axis spatial structure mature period since 1840.And the urbanization level has presented conrresponding development as well. From the low level urbanization, slow urbanization increasing speed, lagging urbanization behind the national economy growth,unreasonable urban scale and structure, weak comprehensive strength of the key city, too small urban scale,obvious classification of city dominant functions and the function constitution and little attraction to the rural population shifting;to higher regional infrastructure level, open city groups,fuzzy city boundaries and so on. On the basis of what we have dealed with above ecomonical zone urbanization along the Jiaoji railway should seize opportunities of transfer station that "north and south convection" and bridge that the western and eastern; relatively close to the Japan and Korea; the bridgehead of the Eurasia and the head of the Yellow River Basin to achieve the goals of the Jiaoji railway electrification, westward hinterlands expanding, enlarging urban scale and the upgrading of industries and urbans; adjust the industrial structure and overall arrangement, build the satellite cities and develop the small and medium-sized cities actively, strengthen economy of Jiaoji railway lead the radiation and induced effect on the whole province, accelerate the development with city of economy along the line. In brief, urbanization development of Jiaoji railway economical zone must follow the objective law, regards its city have the scale, the rank, supplementary, the paragenesis and its expresses in the national territory space layout has the foreword to fill (spatial spectrum). Must regard the city have the structure, the function, the coordination, the evolution and its the whole coordination system which displays in the time series recognition (time spectrum). Follow such principles as the scientific planning, quality and benefit, stressing the key points, stressing characteristic, doing things within the limits of one's own resources, sustainable development,etc., selecting the superior to develop especially on the implementation space, give consideration to the balance at the same time, reach coordinated development, improve the integral level with urbanization along the economy of Jiaoji railway. Economy is it develop into Shandong Peninsula city a group of main axis of development to take along the line of the Jiaoji railway, drive the development in an all-round way of Shandong.
