Abstract:Chinese earlier segregation of town and country led to dualistic structure of culture tremendously, which will affect Chinese cultural communication and development of town and country. As a result, carrying out cultural conformity is absolutely important. Based on the grey relevancy analysis on indexes that affect cultural conformity of town and country in the process of urbanization, the paper works out the taxis of all indexes from the strong to the weak as follows, the urbanization rate, books retail comparison between town and country, the average income comparison between town and country, population comparison between town and country, the proportion of non-agricultural workers in China, the industrialization rate, the number of hospital beds for every one thousand people, the Engel coefficient comparison between town and country, the quantity differences of telephone users between town and country, the proportion of illiterate population in China, population natural growth rate, the proportion of educated people in college. And it also makes a conclusion that China can realize its cultural conformity of town and country by strengthening the construction of small towns, which mainly includes great development of town and township enterprises and cultural industry in small towns. Meanwhile, developing small towns' cultural industry refers to these aspects. Firstly, in crease the devotion to small towns' cultural education and technology. Secondly, based on the improvement of citizens' cultural quality, it is necessary to increase the inside accumulation of cultural conformity. Thirdly, establish a persistent mechanism that the cities should assist small towns to speed up the expansion and popularization of urban culture. Fourthly, open up the financial channel to develop small towns' cultural industry.
