Abstract：This paper analyses the influence on the regional economy's development of culture modality,culture custom,and culture conception's improvement and puts forward that culture modality deeply influences the development of regional economy;Culture custom obstacle exchanges of regional economy and technology;Culture conception's improvement prompts the changes of modality of regional economic development. At last,the author gives some advice on regional economy's sustainable development from the angle of regional culture.
