Abstract：Henduanshan muntian area is the most complex diversified region of natural environment, biology, minority, society, culture and economy in China. The diversity is the national wealth. The sustainable development of humanbeing highly depends on the diversity. The diversity of nature, biology and the diversity of minority, society, culture have itself chracteristic. About this area's diversity, we must use the methods and steps-the conservation under the devloping and the development under preserving. So the cultural force of minority area should be developed that the national culture pattern which not only insists on the the tradition but also fits to the the road of nodernization can be built. It is important to adjust the relationship between human and environment through the cultural force of minority. So, accoding to the way, the diversity's lasting and sustainable development of henduanshan mountain will become the reality.
