4 RESEARCH PROGRESS, THEORETICAL DEBATES AND FRONTIER FIELDS OF THE GLOBAL CITY
JIANG Yan-peng, CHEN You-hua, MA Ren-feng
Global city, as hub city, controls and influences global politics, economy and culture. This research systematically sorts out the research hotspots, theoretical debates and the evolution of research fields in global city at home and abroad, and compares the perspectives of global city research between China and the West, and proposes new possible paradigms of global city research under the new globalization situation. The research found that:1)Global cities are divided into three types:Super-global cities, emerging global cities, and global city- state, focusing on the origin and concept of global city, growth mechanism and its types specialization division and other issues from the perspective of scale-network-level; 2)Chinese scholars have gradually shifted from introducing the concept of global city and its identification indicators, formation mechanisms and other fields to the functions and roles, comparison and evaluation of global cities; 3) The further research of global city under the new globalization situation should pay attention to scalar politics and construction, dynamics, institutions of global cities and proposeresearch focus of global city in the context of the world situation changes.

15 RESEARCH PROGRESS AND PROSPECT OF SMART CITY IN CHINA
YAO Chong, ZHEN Feng, XI Guang-liang
With the prosperity of new generation of information technologies, smart cities have developed rapidly around the world. Especially in China, as of 2017, more than 500 cities have clearly proposed or are building smart cities. Smart cities have become an important means to promote new urbanization and sustainable development. Based on the analysis of the existing literatures published during the past ten years, we systematically summarize the research progress of smart cities in China. The discussion on the connotation of smart cities has expanded from purely technical elements to the coordination of technologies, economy, society and environment. The evolution of smart cities has gone through different stages such as information cities, digital cities, technology-driven smart cities, and humanities-driven smart city. It will further evolve into a smart society. Regarding to the influencing factors of smart cities, scholars have considered the effects of technologies, capital, talented person, culture, infrastructure, industry, policies, etc. Chinese scholars also have proposed the top-design framework of smart cities with the perspective of technology, urban management, economic development and comprehensive planning. Furthermore, a lot of research has explored the applications and strategies of smart cities. Meanwhile, there are still some shortcomings in current smart city research. On the one hand, in-depth interdisciplinary research is urgently needed. On the other hand, the research on smart cities is not closely integrated with national development strategies. In the future, the innovation research of smart cities should focus on the coordination of urban technology, social culture, economic development, spatial functions, resources and environment, and also focus on the integration of different technologies, methods, and policies.

24 RESEARCH REVIEW AND REFLECTIONS ON THE INDIGENIZATION OF WESTERN STUDENTIFICATION THEORY IN CHINESE CONTEXT
SHI Fei, JIANG Zhi-jie, YIN Li-jie, TANG Tian-yi, XU Hai-ying
Over the last two decades, there has been a tendency toward studentification becoming a global issue and closely interacting with urban spaces. Western urban geographers were the first to pay attention to "studentification" as an urban phenomenon and start theoretical construction of it systematically. However, academic study on the indigenization process of the studentification theory in the Chinese context is still in its early stages. On account of this, this paper begins by illustrating the phenomena of studentification in the West and in China, and different historical backgrounds from which the theory of studentification has been constructed, and then goes on to demonstrate the necessity of thinking over the indigenization process of the studentification theory. By critically examining the Western and Chinese (unfledged) theoretical constructionism of studentification from the dimensions of conceptualizations, key questions, theories, and methodologies, this paper finds the theoretical emphasis that are common to both Chinese and Western research and suggests some prospective approaches and methods to study studentification in China. In particular, this paper recommends the following three theoretical focus to be worthy of attention, namely the distinct characters of transient studentification in China, the evolution of urban space towards social segregation or mix, and the future of Chinese studentification as influenced by a combination of economic, social, political, and cultural factors.

34 A REVIEW OF RESEARCHES ON URBAN GEOGRAPHY UNDER THE BACKGROUND OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY
FENG Jian, SHEN Xin
Information communication technology is not only an important driving force for the development of contemporary cities, but also of a profound impact on the spatial behavior of urban residents. Based on the analysis of relevant domestic and overseas literatures, combining with urban geography frameworks and urban spatial research frameworks, this paper performs analysis and reviewing from five aspects:Urbanization, urban system, urban activity space (including urban shopping space, urban leisure space and urban living space), virtual space and physical space, and smart city. Furthermore, information communication technologies are of great influence on urban systems and the urban spatial structures in the way of changing mobilities and proximity. At the same time, based on virtual space and physical space, the mechanism of urban space and spatial behaviors of residents under the background of information communication technology is constructed. Under the influence of information and communication technology, the spatial mechanism of city-countryside, city-city and city-region has undergone profound changes. ICT provides power for urbanization through the optimization and upgrading of urban industrial structure, and its path can be divided into industrial informatization and main informatization. With the advancement of new urbanization, the elimination of urban-rural dual structure and the improvement of urbanization quality have become important aspects of urbanization construction, and ICT has also become a key factor in the process of urbanization. Furthermore, the flow space established around the information and communication technology has changed the way of regional and urban connection, and further changed the structure of regional urban functional system. The urban system has undergone scale interactive reconstruction at different levels. On the one hand, the twoway and jumping network flow intensifies; On the other hand, the concept of global city based on global town network is emerging.

44 THE METHOD INNOVATION AND GEOGRAPHICAL APPLICATIONS OF MOBILE POSITIONING DATA: A REVIEW OF RESEARCHES FROM REIN AHAS
CHEN Xiao-xue, FENG Jian
This paper makes a relatively comprehensive review of the mobile positioning data-based method innovation and geographical applications of Rein Ahas, a professor of human geography at Tartu University in Estonia. With the rapid development of information and communication technology as well as the largescale usage of mobile phones, mobile positioning data has shown obvious advantages over the conventional data sources like travel diaries, questionnaires, accommodation statistics and census. It has been proved that mobile positioning data can be collected for a much bigger sample of people, a longer period of time and a larger study area, so as to break through the limited spatiotemporal framework. In addition, mobile positioning data can be massive, objective, real-time, accurate and electronically coded, which helps facilitate researchers and urban planners to discover the patterns and laws of human space-time behavior in the daily life. Rein Ahas is one of the first scholars in the world to use mobile positioning data to carry out researches on human space-time behavior. He's also the leader in this field. His researches are experimental and pioneering, showing the valuable exploration made by the international academy in the early stage of understanding and using mobile positioning data. Rein Ahas formally put forward the Social Positioning Method (SPM) in 2005, which provides a new research paradigm for human space- time behavior. Using SPM as the main method, using passive mobile positioning data as the main data source and using geographic visualization as the main analysis technology, Rein Ahas kept participating in the diversified fields of tourism, commuting, transportation, ethnic segregation and smart city.

53 THE IMPACT OF MOBILE MAP ON RESIDENT TRIP IN CHINAAND ITS MECHANISM
ZHANG Wei, FENG Jian
With the popularity of smartphones and the arrival of mobile Internet era, the mobile map, as a new type, rapidly expanded and influenced resident trip deeply and thoroughly. Hence, through quantitative and qualitative analysis, this study explores the current conditions of mobile map utilization and the diversification among different groups, including the gender, age, education, and economic performance of regions. The data is collected with 444 online questionnaires and 9 specific face-to-face interviews. Specifically, mobile map popularity exaggerates the influence of age, education, and regions, but narrows the gap between female and male. Moreover, this study investigates the influence of mobile map on characteristics of the resident trip, which mainly refers to the trip destination, trip distance, methods, efficiency, group size, and trip frequency. The results indicate that through the indirect impact on the usage differences among people with different personal attributes and direct effect on trip characteristics, mobile map changes traditional resident trip mode and leads to residents' dependence on the information. Mobile map reduces residents' anxiety to strange spaces, cuts down trip costs, and restrains residents' dependence on spatial awareness, making the trip safer and more entertaining, and expanding trip distance. Besides, the huge information coming with the mobile map radically increases trip efficiency and reduces the cost of getting lost, seeking help, and getting stuck in traffic jams. Moreover, the combination of mobile map and social life changes the group size and members. When residents deciding partners, common hobbies, instead of spatial awareness, play a more important role. Overall, the mobile map significantly changes residents' trip mode and the traditional model would no longer meet the needs of the information era.

63 A STUDY ON THE MEASUREMENT OF “DIGITAL DIVIDE” OF URBAN VILLAGE RESIDENTS IN BEIJING AND ITS INFLUENCING FACTORS
LIN Wen-sheng, FENG Jian
In recent years, the rapid development of global mobile Internet technology, especially the COVID- 19 epidemic in 2020 has boomed the digital economy industry. "Living on the cloud" and "working through the cloud" have become normal in the pandemic period. Different groups have different opportunities and abilities to use digital resources. The acceleration of digital technology urges scholars to pay more attention to the "Digital Divide" phenomenon and analyze the interaction between "Digital Inequality" and "Social Inequality". Taking five typical urban villages in Beijing as the survey sites, this paper analyzes whether there is a "Digital Divide" between Beijing urban village residents and ordinary urban residents from three aspects of equipment access, network skills and Internet content and how big is this divide:In terms of equipment access, although the proportion of broadband installation of urban village residents is lower than that of urban residents, the Internet traffic and proportion of residents using mobile phones and are close to urban residents and their Internet access cost is lower than the latter. The development of mobile Internet, the popularity of 4G and the rise of China smartphones industry have narrowed the divide in device access between urban village residents and ordinary urban residents. The level of Internet using skills of urban village residents is generally lower than the national average level, but the gap is not obvious. With the improvement of network skills, the deeper the embedding degree of demographic characteristics and socio-economic attributes of urban village residents are, the more obvious the "Information Gap" phenomenon is, which means that the higher the individual's socio-economic status, the more skillfully they can master Internet skills, absorb useful knowledge and avoid Internet traps.

73 RESEARCH ON IMPACTS OF ICT ON ACTIVITY SPACE OF FEMALE RESIDENTS IN URBAN VILLAGES
FENG Jian, ZHENG Dai
ICT, Information and Communication Technologies, is a new concept of information technology and communication technology. Information technology mainly refers to a variety of technologies used in the processing and management of information, and communication technology is information dissemination and transmission technology. Since the 21st century, ICT has been developing rapidly, and has had a profound impact on the daily life of the residents, changing the daily behavior of residents living, working, shopping, transportation, recreation and leisure, leading to the reconstruction of the spatial characteristics of the residents' daily activities. Based on the analysis of information data and spatial data of female residents in urban villages, this paper explores the activity space under the influence of ICT. The data used in this study are from the survey of residents' lives in Beijing, which was conducted in February to March in 2017. The respondents are located in five city villages. The conclusions are as follows. Firstly, by summarizing the characteristics of the network activities of female residents in the village, it is found that women with demographic and socioeconomic characteristics of young, unmarried, higher educational level and better economic status, are the main group of people who conduct online activities. Secondly, with the help of Stata, econometric models are used to explore the activity space of female residents in urban villages under the influence of ICT. It is found that ICT is not a factor affecting the choice of living space but can reduce the spatial restraint of recreational activities. In addition, ICT provides more employment opportunities for female residents in urban villages, and plays an important role in practical work. The prosperity of online shopping depends on the popularity of ICT, and the complementary effect of online shopping on physical shopping is greater than that of substitution.

83 INFLUENCE MECHANISM OF NOSTALGIA ON HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL BLOCKS TOURISTS' ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR: INTERMEDIARY ROLE OF PERCEIVED VALUE AND PLACE ATTACHMENT
JIANG Jin-bo, SUN Shao-xiong
Along with the realistic needs of sustainable tourism development, research on mechanism of tourists' environmentally responsible behavior has attracted great attention from domestic and foreign researchers. This research starts from nostalgia and takes perceived value and place attachment as intermediary variables to construct the environmentally responsible behavior influence mechanism of tourists in historical and cultural blocks. Taking the historical and cultural districts of Liwan District in Guangzhou as examples, using the structural equation model method to analyze 346 valid questionnaires by SPSS24.0 and AMOS25.0, the findings are as followed:1) The nostalgia of tourists has no significant direct impact on their environmentally responsible behavior; 2) Tourists' nostalgia influences their environmental responsibility behaviors mainly through two indirect paths:"nostalgic emotion → place attachment → environmentally responsible behavior" and "nostalgic emotion →perceived value → place attachment → environmentally responsible behavior"; 3) Perceived value does not have a mediating effect between nostalgia and environmentally responsible behavior.

101 A STUDY ON THE TEMPORAL AND SPATIAL CHARACTERISTICS OF RESIDENTS' JOB AND RESIDENCE IN THE PUBLIC RENTAL HOUSING IN CHONGQING
WANG Lin, YANG Shen
In recent years, the public rental housing policy has achieved remarkable results. The housing problem of people with housing difficulties has been significantly improved, and whether they are happy or not has gradually attracted attention. This paper takes the main urban area of Chongqing as an example, selects online public rent distribution data, and explores the spatial distribution of public rental housing tenants' employment distribution and the evolution characteristics of separation of work and residence from 2015 to 2020. The study found that:1) A small amount of public rental housing residents' employment is scattered around subway stations and public rental housing communities, and most residents' employment is distributed inside and outside, showing a trend of large concentration in the center and small dispersion on the periphery. 2) From 2015 to 2020, the situation of employment gathering within the inner ring has not changed, and the local changes are affected by the urban development layout and the number of allocated rents. 3) The average straight-line commuting distance of residents in public rental housing is between 14-17km, and it continues to rise after a slight decline. Residents are differentiated significantly. Some people are more than 30km away and are facing an increasingly serious problem of separation of work and residence. 4) The degree of separation between residence and occupation of residents differs at the individual and community levels. Residents in public rental housing communities with good location conditions have a lower degree of separation between occupation and residence, and the degree of separation between men and residents with higher incomes is higher.

111 HOW DOES THE URBAN BUILT ENVIRONMENT AFFECT THE PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES OF THE ELDERLY: MODEL CONSTRUCTION AND DALIAN DEMONSTRATION
LI Kang-kang, YANG Dong-feng
Due to the lack of quantitative analysis of social capital and psychological factor in the analysis of the relationship between the built environment and the elderly physical activity, this paper constructs a interactive model based on built Environment, social capital and psychological factors, and takes Dalian as an example for verification. The results indicate that:1) The participation rate of the elderly in physical activities is not high, and the main physical activities are walking, outdoor sitting chat, shopping in the market and buying medicine in pharmacies. Male elderly people are more interested in leisure and social activities than women, while family structure differences are reflected in the activities of taking grandchildren to and from school. 2) Self efficacy is an important reference factor in triggering physical activity of the elderly, and activity intention can not. The effects of built environment and social capital on physical activities of the elderly are directly or indirectly mediated by self-efficacy, but the effect of mental health is not obvious. 3) The family structure has a moderating effect, single factor of built environment has little effect on physical activity of empty nest elderly, but it has a steady impact on the elderly living with their children. 4) Social capital is the premise of the built environment to play the role of physical activity space intervention for the elderly. The combined intervention strategy should be taken to improve the impact of environment on public health.

121 EVALUATING EMOTIONAL PERCEPTION OF SPATIAL HOTSPOTS VIA DEEP LEARNING: A CASE STUDY OF SHANGHAI
CUI Lu-ming, QU Ling-yan, HE Dan
The study on spatial emotional perception which arises from the intersection between Spatial Psychology and Geography is an important field of Human Geography. But its development has long been limited by data access and methods. Deep learning can provide the strong support for the quantitative analysis of spatial emotional perception. This paper attempts to build a deep learning framework which based on social media sign-in data to evaluate and analyze spatial emotional perception. In this work, emotional perceptions were classified into six categories, such as joy, affection, distress, angry, disgust and null. The pre-trained language model named Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers was used to analyze the emotional expression of active users and generate the emotional perception map. Compared with the traditional sentiment analysis model, the Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers has a greater degree of improvement in correctness. Then part-of-speech analysis was applied to the comments extracted to investigate the cause of the emotional perception. In the last, this paper used Lexical Analysis of Chinese, a lexical analysis tool developed by Baidu, for lexical analysis and named entity recognition. In total, 813,633 geotagged social media data and 1619 POI were collected from Shanghai. The main findings were as follows:1) The most popular sign-in locations in Shanghai are concentrated in the inner-city, transportation hubs and important public facilities. 2) The proportion of positive emotions shows an overall decrease with the increase of the distance to the city center. 3) Producers' emotional perception of various activity spaces were mostly positive opinions, so the results of commentary viewpoint extraction were similar.

131 ANALYSIS OF SPATIAL AND TEMPORAL CHARACTERISTICS OF RESIDENTS' AIR TRAVEL BASED ON TENCENT LOCATION BIG DATA IN CHINESE CITIES
LIU Yong-le, ZHANG Jing-qiu
With the rapid development of China's economy and society, air travel has become an important part of residents' travel mode, and affects the urban pattern. Based on the Tencent positioning request data of 215 domestic airports from April 28 to May 10, 2019, this paper analyzes the spatio-temporal characteristics of Chinese urban residents' air travel under the two scenarios of May Day holiday and working day, and further explores the relationship between them and urban pattern. The results show that:1) The spatial characteristics of air travel of urban residents in China are generally higher in the eastern coastal area than in the inland area, and lower in the central area; 2) The air travel choice of urban residents in China is mostly concentrated in working day, and the central cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, Yangtze River Delta, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Chengdu-Chongqing area and other economically developed regions are more inclined to "working-day advantage type", while the non regional central cities in central and southwest regions are more inclined to "holiday advantage type", and residents' air travel shows a 24-hour cycle of decline, rise and fluctuation. Compared with working days, May Day holiday entered the fluctuation period 2 hours ahead of schedule, and residents preferred to choose the flight time around 3pm and 8pm. 3) In the two scenarios of working day and holiday, there is a strong correlation between the hierarchical differentiation of city cluster and the city scale. To some extent, the cluster distribution of cities is close to the pyramid of city scale.

138 SPATIAL-TEMPORAL DIFFERENTIATION OF GREEN PRODUCTIVITY IN THE MIDDLE AND LOWER REACHES OF THE YELLOW RIVER BASIN UNDER THE BACKGROUND OF HIGH-QUALITY DEVELOPMENT
CHEN Jia-tao, ZHANG Kun-peng, MIAO Chang-hong
From the perspective of green total factor productivity (GTFP), this paper investigates the quality of economic development in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River basin from 2003 to 2018. We first measure the GTFP at the prefecture level and compare it with traditional TFP. Second, we deconstruct the internal dynamics of the GTFP growth rate. Third, we testify the convergence trend of GTFP as well as verify the impact factors on the GTFP growth rate. The results show that:1) GTFP in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin shows a non-equilibrium distribution characterized by "central collapse", and GTFP can better describe the spatial differences of economic quality than traditional TFP. 2) Before the 2008 economic crisis, the cities with higher GTFP are mainly located in Shaanxi and Shandong cities along the Yellow River. During this period, the overall technical efficiency of the region has declined, but it is still the main driving force for the rise of GTFP in all cities. 3) The GTFP has weak σ convergence in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River basin. In the case of large regional differences in GTFP, the narrowing trend of differences among cities is slow, and the imbalance of regional development is difficult to resolve in a short time. 4) The GTFP has β convergence in GTFP in the middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River Basin. The growth rate of low-level areas of GTFP is faster, which has a "catch-up" effect.

148 RESEARCH ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LOCAL ENVIRONMENTAL LEGISLATION AND LOCAL TOTAL FACTOR PRODUCTIVITY
SHI Ruo-wen
Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has developed rapidly, but the economic growth in the past mainly depends on the input of factors but not the contribution of factor productivity. Meanwhile, the extensive mode of economic growth has made our country pay a heavy price of resources and environment, as a developing country, China has been based on agriculture before the reform and opening up. With the increasing prominence of environmental problems, the global demands for environmental protection is also rising. Environmental legislation gradually become an important policy means of a country, but also become a constraint force of the national economy. In this critical period of China's rapid economic growth, how to improve China's total factor productivity and the quality of economic growth, and transition to high quality development has become a crucial issue. This paper firstly studies domestic and foreign research of the government environmental legislation, green total factor productivity and the relationship between them. Secondly, the paper analysis the implementation of local environmental pollution and government environmental legislation in China, then studies the measurement method for total factor productivity. Thirdly, Based on the regional total factor productivity index from 2004 to 2017, this paper comprehensively investigates the impact of environmental policy legislation of local governments on total factor productivity by using the differential method. The results show that China's overall total factor productivity is facing a severe decline, especially during 2009-2014, and the spatial distribution of TFP index between the eastern, central and western regions is "non-linear". In addition, local environmental legislation has a significant promoting effect on local total factor productivity, while excessive environmental regulation measures cannot significantly promote the improvement of economic quality and realize the Porter effect.

157 SPATIOTEMPORAL COUPLING ANALYSIS OF CHINA'S INBOUND TOURISM DISTRIBUTIVE SUPERIORITY AND TOURISM ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY
WANG Zhao, LI Tao
From the perspective of the coupling of tourist demand and regional economic supply, this paper explores the spatial relationship between distributive superiority and economic efficiency, so as to deepen the theory and practice of regional tourism organization and optimization. Taking China's provincial inbound tourism flow as the research object, this paper first constructed a coupling coordination model of distribution superiority and tourism economic efficiency. Then analyzed the coupling coordination degree level, coupling coordination type and spatiotemporal evolution path of "superiority and efficiency" of each province in 2000, 2005, 2010 and 2016. The results show that:1) The regional differences between the distribution superiority of inbound tourism flow and the tourism economic efficiency have undergone drastic adjustment. 2) In terms of spatial structure, the former changes from U-shaped structure to scatter structure, while the latter tends to form a S-shaped pattern. 3) The overall level of "superiority and efficiency" coupling coordination degree in China has declined, and the coordination level is intermediate coordination. 4) The "superiority and efficiency" coupling coordination type is constantly transforming, showing a differentiated time evolution path. This study deeply explores the spatial coupling relationship between inbound tourism flow system and regional tourism economic system, which lays a foundation for exploring the driving mechanism and optimization mode behind the change of their spatial pattern; the quantitative method of coupling coordination type and time path provides a powerful tool for dissecting the dynamic collaborative relationship. The combined intervention strategy should be taken to improve the impact of environment on public health.

167 RESEARCH ON IMAGE PERCEPTION OF HERITAGE TOURIST DESTINATIONS FROM THE THREE-DIMENSIONAL PERSPECTIVE OF “COGNITION-EMOTION-INTEGRITY”: TAKING XIANGJIANG ANCIENT TOWN GROUP AS AN EXAMPLE
LI Yong, CHEN Xiao-ting, LIU Pei-lin, HUANG Ge
Taking Internet tourism data of Xiangjiang Ancient Town Group as the research object, using methods such as text analysis, topic analysis and sentiment analysis, the image perception of heritage tourism destinations is explored with the aid of the three-dimensional model of tourism destination image "cognitionemotion-integrity". The results show that:1) Tourists' perceptions of the Xiangjiang Ancient Town Group are mainly nature, places/regions and activities. The focus of non-material memory has shifted from food culture to historical culture, and environmental ecological memory has shifted from fuzzy landscape environmental ecology to concrete historical and cultural spatial memory. 2) Tourists have the strongest positive perception of the tourist facilities and food culture of the ancient town. The most important factor affecting the negative emotional image of the Xiangjiang ancient towns group is the high ticket price and low cost performance. 3) Tourists are generally low in recommending and revisiting the Xiangjiang Ancient Towns Group. The overall emotions are polarized between negative and positive emotions, with a relatively high proportion of positive emotions.

177 RESEARCH ON THE PRODUCTION OF TOURISM RURAL PUBLIC SPACE AROUND THE CITY BASED ON SPATIAL TERNARY DIALECTICS: TAKING THE QINGSHUITOU VILLAGE IN XI'AN AREAAS AN EXAMPLE
WEI Ping, LIN Bao-gang, ZHANG Xiao-rui
The invasion of tourism consumption culture has led to great changes in social and spatial in the rural development periphery of city, which makes the public space face the lack of social equity and spatial justice, and then the alienation appears. In order to analyze the production mechanism of this type of rural public space deeply, this paper introduces Lefebvre's space production theory, uses its ternary dialectic theoretical framework, and takes Qingshuitou village of Changan district in Xi'an as an example, and it is deconstructed from the three levels of "space practice-spatial representation-representation space", and this paper interprets the production mechanism and internal logic of tourism rural public space periphery of city. Finally, some optimization suggestions are given from the aspects of force, target form and mechanism guarantee of rural public space production. It is found that in the process of local government space representation, the "use value" of tourism type rural public space is suppressed, while the "exchange value" is highlighted. In order to answer the question "how to distinguish tourism poverty-alleviation (TPA) modes and whether different TPA modes have different poverty alleviation effects", a multi-element collaborative framework of TPA resources composed of location (L)-industry (I)-culture (C) was proposed as the basis for identifying the TPA mode of a village. Guided by this framework and using the interview data, 22 TPA key villages in 4 counties in the south of Enshi prefecture were divided into four modes. Then, residents' perception of TPA effects were compared among different TPA mode villages by using the questionnaire survey data and ANOVA method. The results show that:1) Residents' perception of economic benefits, economic costs, environmental costs and social costs are significantly different among different TPA mode villages, indicating that TPA mode is a factor influencing the TPA effects; 2) The difference mainly derived from the well-known landscape dominant mode, the ecological agriculture dominant mode and the other two modes, the former two mode villages residents perceived economic benefits higher and meanwhile economic, environmental or social costs higher than those from the latter ones, implying that TPA has brought economic benefits and simultaneously economic, environmental and social costs. Accordingly, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote TPA in ethnic areas.
