1 DEBATES ON THE CONCEPT OF “MULTIDIMENSIONAL POVERTY” IN RURAL CHINA AND ITS RESEARCH PARADIGM: FROM AN INTERDISCIPLINARY PERSPECTIVE
TAO Wei, TANG Pei
Poverty is a complex and comprehensive proposition. This study examines the relevant research of economics, comprehensive humanities and social sciences, geography and statistics on multidimensional poverty in rural China, and summarizes the research progress on its concepts and research paradigms. It mainly has two conclusions: First, there are many similarities between the different disciplines, including the joint attention to the concept of 'dynamic multidimensional poverty', the joint discussion on the issue of 'multidimensional poverty measurement and identification', as well as the common application of multidimensional analytical frameworks; The second is that the different disciplines also have their own characteristics. For example, economics has derived the concept of 'asset poverty', while the geography discusses the notions of 'spatial poverty' and 'comprehensive poverty', the comprehensive humanities and social sciences discusses the notion of 'recessive poverty'. Furthermore, on the analytical framework, economics, comprehensive humanities and social sciences and geography have made some positive explorations based on the traditional analytical framework.

8 PROGRESS ON THE REGIONAL CONSEQUENCES OF INTERNATIONAL HIGH-SKILLED MIGRATION
JIN Wen-wan, YANG Bo-fei, ZHU Sheng-jun
In the era of the knowledge economy, the talent competition among countries has been gradually upgraded. Since the 21st century, the total amount of international immigration has rapidly grown and the number of immigration-related research also has increased. However, there is still no systematic review on the regional consequences of international high-skilled migration in Western research. In order to fully understand the potential mechanisms and multi-dimensional influences of the high-skilled immigration, this paper has adopted the method of literature review and bibliometrics to complete the systematical review of related research. This paper receives the following main points: 1) With the development of globalization, the simple one-way flow pattern of international high-skilled migrants from developing countries to developed regions has changed. There has been an increasing return flow from the developed countries to emerging industrialized countries, such as China and India. The reverse-flow makes the perspective of existing research on the regional effect of high-skilled immigrants has changed from "brain drain" to "brain gain". 2) There are three potential mechanisms of different immigration impacts, which respectively regard immigration as the human capital, the regional linkages and the combination of different types of knowledge. 3) High-skilled immigration plays an important role in national competitiveness. On the receiving and sending countries' side, highskilled immigrations have different influences by combining their potential multiple mechanisms. 4) CiteSpace is used to facilitate the analysis of the research hotspots in existing research. In the end, this paper summarizes the shortcomings of Western researches and discusses future development trend of domestic researches in the related issues.

15 “POETIC DWELLING” FOR A BETTER LIFE: REVIEW AND PROSPECT OF “HOME” IN TOURISM CONTEXT
ZHU Fang, HUANG Jian-feng, GUO Ying-zhi
Facing the realistic background of the need for a better life in the new era and the theoretical trend of "daily life turn" in academia, this paper reviews and sorts out the origin and evolution, theoretical perspective, and research content of the "home" in tourism context, and makes comments and prospects, in order to provide theoretical guidance for meeting the needs of tourists' better life from the perspective of "home". The results show that: The concept of "home" has diversity and hybridity, including material and spiritual meanings, which is a basic logic to examine the research of "home" in tourism context. In general, the current research is mainly from the perspectives of mobility, authenticity, modernity and locality, and the theory of daily life and the theory of social space constitute the basic theoretical framework. Existing studies focus on tourists' experience of "home", the reconstruction of host's "home", and the interaction between host and guest in "home", etc. It can be seen that the research on the "home" of tourism context is in a process of continuous development, which generally presents four characteristics: Multi-disciplinary perspective, multi-cultural background, multi-type cases and multi-level content and so on. Firstly, the concept of "home" is vaguely defined, and the "home" in tourism context has not been unified connotation. Secondly, the response to emerging theoretical perspectives is not enough, and it is not able to more deeply incorporate the academic trend of "daily life turn" for theoretical construction. Thirdly, the excavation of the spiritual level of the "home" in the tourism context needs to be further explored. Finally, there are few applications of quantitative analysis methods for the "home" space in the tourism context, and a diversified research method system for "home" has not yet been formed. This paper attempts to make prospects for future research from four aspects: Conceptual connotation, theoretical perspective, theme content, and research methods.

24 THE REVIEW AND PROSPECT OF CONSUMPTION GEOGRAPHY
ZHANG Han, SUN Jiu-xia
With the advance of globalization and economic integration, Chinese society has transferred from a production-oriented society to a consumption-oriented one. The research topic on the new consumption relationship between consumers and place has become more and more prominent in human geography. The consumer activity connects places to ourselves and the others in various unimaginable ways. Consumption geography explains the complex connotations of places through the internal logic of the connection between consumption and other spaces. This article reviews the origin and the systematic development of consumption geography. Our study further reviews the current status of research on consumption geography under the context of the Western world, by means of Mansvelt's analysis framework of the spatialities, subjectivities, and socialities of consumption. This study also evaluates the subject basis and research framework of consumption geography in China from research across disciplines and time. Finally, this paper proposes a new research paradigm to examine crucial issues in the research of consumption. First, the process of consumption practice, from the local to the global, and across real and virtual spaces, is essential to the formation of locale and daily life, in turn, the local practice on consumption is indispensable: The spatial expression of the geographical location of consumption is uneven, and the place affects the consumption practice and experience. Second, consumption geography focuses on the mutual consultation among substance, symbol, culture, body, place and trade during the process of production, consumption and reproduction, forming a new research paradigm of consumption geography. Third, in Chinese research on consumption, the lifestyle consumption represented by tourism demand is becoming the mainstream topic.

32 THE IMPACT OF COVID-19 ON TOURISM INDUSTRY: RESEARCH PROGRESS AND PROSPECTS
LI Lei, LIU Hong-lan, TAO Zhuo-min, LU Lin
This study reviewed the early research progress of "the impact of COVID-19 on the tourism industry" by sorting out 1435 papers in the Web of Science. The results show that the COVID-19 pandemic directly threatens human lives and health, aggravates tourists' negative emotions and perceived risks, reduces tourists' willingness to travel, and changes their previous travel patterns. These changes spread by tourists to tourism businesses, transport, and destinations. The COVID-19 pandemic will accelerate the transformation of the global tourism industry, except to study the impact process and mechanism of COVID-19 on tourism, future research should pay more attention to the reconstruction and transformation of tourism in the post-pandemic era. Based on this, this study looks forward to future research from a more comprehensive perspective of "target-element-insurance." In terms of targets, it is necessary for tourism industries to establish sustainable, high-quality, and responsible as the future development goals, reduce the economic goals and development speed of the tourism industry, focus on the social, environmental, and cultural effects of tourism, and pay more attention to the relationship between tourism and epidemic, environment, and climate. In terms of elements, future research should focus on the reconstruction and evolution of the human-environment relationship on tourism, study the relationship between the restart of tourism and the control of COVID-19, and study the dynamic balance models between tourism and COVID-19.

42 A STUDY ON THE IMPACT OF THE POLICY OF “SAME RIGHT TO RENT AND PURCHASE” ON THE HOUSING PREMIUM IN SCHOOL DISTRICTS: AN EMPIRICAL STUDY OF GUANGZHOU BASED ON THE SPATIAL HEDONIC PRICE MODEL
HUANG Xiao-yan, TAN Wei-bao, KANG Chen-chen, YIN Jiang-bin, SU Meng-yuan
The capitalization effect of school quality has always been an important topic in the research field of the impact of public services on housing market. This article takes the main urban area of Guangzhou as the study area, draws on the idea of boundary fixed effects, and matches the houses in the surrounding school districts of 136 key primary schools in 2016 and 2019 with the houses in adjacent non-school districts. The capitalization effect of educational resources of different quality levels is quantitatively measured by using the spatial hedonic price model. The impact of the policy of "same right to rent and purchase" on housing prices and rent premiums in key primary school districts is tested by using the difference-in-differences model. The research results show that: 1) The quality of education in Guangzhou has been partially capitalized in housing prices and rents, and the higher the quality of educational resources, the higher the capitalization degree. 2) The implementation of the policy of "same right to rent and purchase" has not brought about significant changes in housing prices and rental premiums. 3) There is heterogeneity in the impact of the policy on housing prices of key primary schools with different quality levels. 4) There is no significant difference in the impact of the policy on housing prices and rentpremiums of key primary school districts in different regions.

53 CHARACTERISTICS OF RESIDENTS’ONLINE SHOPPING BEHAVIORS IN WEIFANG: COMPARISONS BETWEEN COVID-19 PERIOD AND NORMAL
WEI Zong-cai, LIU Yu-fei, PENG Dan-li
With the rapid development of smart city technology and its full penetration into social life, the traditional human-land relationship has been significantly changed. Owing to the outbreak of COVID-19 and the consequent implementation of lockdown policy, residents' online shopping behaviors have become increasing uncertain, and its characteristics and influencing factors require further study. Based on questionnaire survey data of Weifang city, this study investigated the characteristics of residents' online shopping behaviors during the epidemic period and their differences from usual. Structural equation modeling was further used to explore the influencing factors of residents' online shopping behaviors during the epidemic period. The results showed that residents' online shopping frequency, expense, and duration were higher than the peacetime. Moreover, during the epidemic period, residents' online shopping frequency, expense, and duration all decreased from the central city to the suburbs, which was in line with the technology diffusion hypothesis. Online shopping attitudes during the epidemic period had a significantly positive impact on residents' online shopping behaviors; In-store shopping behaviors during the epidemic period promoted online shopping behaviors; Residents with high income, high education level, longer online shopping years and better living location were more inclined to online shopping.

63 DOES HIERARCHICAL DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT SYSTEM FACILIATE THE SPA‐TIAL EQUALITY?A SCENARIO ANALYSIS OF THE ACCESSABILITY OF PUBLIC MEDICAL FACILITIES IN SHANGHAI
GU Hong-huan, WU Rui-jun, SUN Bin-dong
The social space of urban China has been experiencing dramatic reconstruction in the transitional period, this is also a microcosm of the unbalanced and inadequate development in urban space. Complete empirical research will be helpful to facilitate the understanding of an abstract issue regards to the intra-city spatial equality, which further provides scientific consulting for decision making. Based on population, POI, medical facilities information and other sources of data, this paper takes Shanghai as a case and brings the scene of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system together, to assess the accessibility of medical facilities by the two-step floating catchment area method, and calculates the disparities of accessibility among different groups. The results indicate that the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system has improved the extent of medical service coverage of the whole Shanghai greatly, and alleviated the imbalanced status between the central city and the suburbs significantly. However, the so-called "policy dividend" is usually be helpful for the socially advantaged groups; as for the marginal groups, such as the migrants, low educated group, manufacturing workers, and renters, their unequal status has no significant changes.

71 RESEARCH ON THE SPACE PRODUCTION OF RECREATIONAL BUSINESS DISTRICT DOMINATED BY DEVELOPMENTAL URBAN REGIME: A CASE STUDY OF XI'AN GREAT TANG ALL DAY MALL
YIN Jie, WANG Jing-ya
Based on the perspective of Lefebvre's spatial ternary theory, taking the recreational business district of Great Tang All Day Mall in Xi'an as an example, using the analysis method of urban regime theory, this paper interprets the production mechanism of the recreational business district space and the interactions between participants in the urban regime of Great Tang All Day Mall. It is found that the spatial ternary theory can be used to analyze the spatial production process of recreational business district. The representations of space are the process of constructing symbolic space led by the government-business growth coalition. The social relationship in the spaces of representation is expressed as the interactive relationship among the three participants in the developmental urban regime. Further more, social media in the Internet age has become a new way for the public to participate in the bargaining of urban regime. The spatial practice is manifested in the transformation of regional production relations and the scale transition of the influence of recreational business district. The above three aspects of space production are the dialectical unity of the Trinity. The study also found that in the spatial type of recreational business district, the developmental urban regime resulted in the public's response to the symbolic spatial discipline being mainly acceptance rather than resistance.

89 RESEARCH ON THE SPATIAL DISTRIBUTION CHARACTERISTICS OF RESIDENTS' ONLINE BEHAVIOR BASED ON MOBILE APP: A CASE STUDY OF NANJING CENTRAL BLOCK
GUAN Ruo-chen, ZHEN Feng, XI Guang-liang, LI Zhi-xuan
In the era of smart society, online services have gradually become an important part of the daily life of the general public, which profoundly affects the life, work and travel methods of urban residents. Mobile Internet applications (APPs) have gradually become an important part of residents' daily life due to their convenience, ease of use and ultra-high coverage, providing residents with rich and diverse functional experiences for their work, life and travel modes. Based on mobile phone signaling data and other multi-source data, the paper analyzes the characteristics of mobile phone APP use by residents of different age groups, and then summarizes the use intensity distribution characteristics of the three types of APP for leisure and entertainment, online shopping and daily services. The results show that: 1) Recreation and entertainment, online shopping and life services have become the types of residents who frequently use APPs, and different age groups have different preferences for the types of APPs. 2) The high-use intensity clusters of the three types of APPs are basically consistent with the distribution of the city center, mainly distributed in Commercial agglomeration areas, large residential centers, universities, scenic spots and other surrounding communities follow the innovation diffusion hypothesis, but do not conform to the efficiency hypothesis; 3) There are differences in the urban distribution hotspots of different age groups, and they are reflected in the types of special residential areas such as affordable housing.

97 RURAL RESILIENCE IN IMPOVERISHED AREAS OF SOUTHWEST CHINA: A CASE STUDY OF CHONGQING
LI Yu-heng, HUANG Hui-qian, SONG Chuan-yao
Resilience is the fundamental attribute of the rural system and arises as rural system interacts with shocks and disturbances. In the face of uncertainty and unexpected risks, rural resilience plays an important role in resisting shocks, minimizing the impact, recovering to pre-shock regime while maintaining the stability of rural system. The paper takes Chongqing city as the study area and investigates rural resilience of 120 selected villages of Chongqing. The paper uses the entropy method and collects data from field survey to evaluate rural resilience in terms of economic resilience, social resilience and engineering resilience. The research results show that: 1)Rural resilience of Chongqing is 0.46 which is below the medium level. 2)Villages of higher resilience are mainly located in the north part of Chongqing, however villages of lower resilience are in the southeast parts which are mountainous terrain, ethnic minority settlements and less developed transportation system. 3)Economic resilience is the main restrictive factor to rural resilience of the selected villages in Chongqing because of the insufficient input of production capital, low human capital and low quality of land resources. 4)Comparing to rural state resilience, the response resilience is lower, which is attributed to the low response resilience of rural economic and engineering subsystems. Policy implications are proposed in the end of the paper. What's more, it is also advised to analyze the resilient threshold of rural system in responding to external shocks.

106 FARMING HOUSEHOLDS' PARTICIPATION BEHAVIOR MECHANISM OF ECOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENT GOVERNANCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF BEAUTIFUL COUNTRYSIDE
ZHANG Xue-bo, LIU Sha-sha, YU Wei, LONG Jia-hui, ZHANG Yuan-yuan, NI Ming-man, Cirenlamu
The rural eco-environment governance is an important task for the construction of beautiful countryside even beautiful China. To fundamentally improve the rural eco-environment, the key is to give full play to the main role of farmers and promote their active participation. Based on the perspective of farmers' perception and behavior, this study constructed a theoretical framework for farmers' participation in eco-environmental governance, and employed structural equation modeling method to conduct an empirical test on the survey data of farming households. The results show that famers' behaviors follow the path pattern of cognition-perception-response. The cognition of eco-environment governance has a significant positive effect on the response of the eco-environment governance. The perception of eco-environment governance is an intermediary variable that the cognition of eco-environment governance positively drives the response of the eco-environment governance. Environmental social capital, environmental impact sensitivity, and farmers' behavior consciousness are the main factors restricting the eco-environment governance cognition, the eco-environment governance perception, and the eco-environment response, respectively. The government has played a leading role in the eco-environment governance. The environment social capital such as social supervision and social organization involving multi-agent participation needs to be constructed. The multiagent participation model and institutional mechanism centered on farmers need to be established.

114 SPATIAL STRUCTURE AND EXPANSION LAW OF BEIBU GULF URBAN AGGLOMERATION
ZHANG Jun-min, RONG Cheng
Spatial structure is the basis for optimizing the regional functions of urban agglomerations. According to the theories of new urbanization and spatial structure, the process of spatial structure differentiation of the urban agglomeration in the Beibu Gulf in Guangxi was studied, with spatial self-organization and inverse distance weighting methods employed. The results showed that: 1) The spatial-temporal differentiation of the scale, attributes and the functions is obvious in the Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration. Its spatial differentiation pattern takes Nanning city as its center and presents itself as a "core-periphery" differentiation pattern. The concentration of Nanning city increased from 34.17% to 44.33%, and the standard deviation decreased from 21.37% to 13.79%. That indicate that the role of large cities in the temporal and spatial agglomeration is gradually expanding. 2) The urban spatial agglomeration and structural differentiation continue to increase. In the past ten years, the concentration of social and economic spatial expansion was 51.85% and 44.12% respectively, while population and land urbanization were only 2.96% and 1.08%. The spatial expansion considering social and economic elements is markedly faster than that of population and land elements, further analyzing the differences in the expansion intensity of various elements, it can be found that the spatial expansion intensity of various elements in recent ten years is ranked from large to small as: Total import and export trade, fixed asset investment, non-agricultural output value, the GDP and total retail sales of consumer goods, and the expansion intensity of other factors is very small. 3) The urban area has the closest relationship with spatial structure. The expansion of investment, trade, the GDP and non-agricultural grows rapidly, while the spatial expansion of population and land elements has lagged remarkably.

121 SPATIAL-TEMPORAL EVOLUTION AND INFLUENCING FACTOR ANALYSIS OF SHOPPING CENTERS IN SHANGHAI
LIU Zhen, YANG Yong, WU Dan-dan
At present, improving leisure functions has become the core content of urban construction. As an important part of urban leisure facilities, shopping center plays a crucial role in people's pursuit of a better life. Based on the geographic information data and the data collected from Dianping.com, this paper uses spatial analysis methods and the conditional Logit model to explore the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics and the corresponding influencing factors in Shanghai. Several conclusions are drawn as follows. Firstly, the development process of shopping centers in Shanghai can be divided into 4 stages. In different periods, the axis direction of shopping centers' distribution shows a northeast-southwest trend. As time goes by, the overall spatial distribution pattern of shopping centers tends to be balanced. Secondly, the characteristics of shopping centers' spatial-temporal evolution show both "global decentralization" and "local area agglomeration". As far as global decentralization, shopping centers continue to diffuse toward the outer circle districts, and the density of shopping centers near the central and outer rings has gradually increased. Meanwhile, the statistical gap based on spatial units has gradually shrunk. Considering local area agglomeration, the spatial organization structure of one core aggregation area and four secondary aggregation areas has emerged. Thirdly, market demand, rent costs, transportation accessibility, policy planning, and agglomeration are the main factors that affect the distribution of shopping centers. However, the influencing degree of each factor varies with the development process. For example, since the market had not yet developed, policy planning was of great importance to the location selection of shopping centers during the steady increasing period. In the accelerated expansion period, leisure resources and policy planning had a significant positive impact on the shopping centers.

130 THE IMPACT OF HAIKOU’S URBAN BUILT ENVIRONMENT ON ONLINE CAR-HAILING COMMUTING DURING PEAK HOURS: BASED ON DIDI TRAVEL DATA
SHAO Hai-yan, JIN Cheng, ZHONG Ye-xi, MAO Wei-sheng
The popularity of online car-hailing has reshaped residents' commuting behavior, and the urban built environment profoundly affects residents' commuting travel. However, the current academic circles pay more attention to the impact of the urban built environment on traditional commuting modes such as bus, subway, and car. To address this gap in the literature, this paper depicts the spatial differentiation pattern of residents' commuting time and commuting distance on a grid-scale in Haikou and uses Geodetector to analyze the influence of the urban built environment factors and their interaction on residents' commuting travel. The results show that the average commuting time in the morning and evening peaks is 9.01 minutes and 8.79 minutes. Secondly, different built environment factors have distinct effects on commuting time and distance. Thirdly, from the perspective of impact effect, the influence of distance, diversity, design, destination accessibility, and density on commuting time decrease in turn. Finally, superior transportation location, the balance of jobs and housing, high road proximity, and good job accessibility can guide the coordinated development of online car-hailing and diversified transportation.

140 THE RESEARCH ON SPATIAL DIFFUSION LAW AND INTERNAL MECHANISM OF COUNTY DIGITAL FINANCE DEVELOPMENT IN NORTHWEST CHINA
LIU Zi-qiang, ZHANG Tian, TIAN Chen-yang
In recent years, the rapid development of communication and information technology has promoted the vigorous development of digital finance. Its spatial diffusion law is an important content of financial geography in information society. Therefore, based on the county digital inclusive finance index from 2014 to 2018, this paper investigates the spatial diffusion law and internal mechanism of county digital finance in Northwest China from the perspective of financial geography, hoping to clarify the current situation of rural digital finance development in underdeveloped areas. The results show that: First, there is spatial correlation in the development of digital finance in Northwest counties, and it shows an obvious diffusion phenomenon. Second, the wide use of Internet information technology is the main endogenous driving force for the development and diffusion of rural digital finance, but its effective play will be affected by the traditional financial geographical structure. County digital finance will take the lead in developing in areas with dense spatial distribution of traditional financial institutions, which is significantly reflected in two dimensions: Coverage and use depth. Third, the level of infrastructure and education is an effective driving force, which can promote digital finance to expand the geographical boundary of services. Fourth, from the perspective of subdivision dimension, the role of infrastructure driving force is only reflected in the coverage, while the role of education level is significantly reflected in the coverage and use depth. However, at present, they can not effectively promote the diffusion of digitization to areas with poor traditional financial foundation.

150 QUANTITATIVE SIMULATION AND VERIFICATION OF THE RISING LAW OF “CULTURE-TOURISM-SCIENCE” INDUSTRY INTERGRATION DEVELOPMENT LEVEL IN CHINA'S URBAN AGGLOMERATION
YANG Sha-sha, WEI Xu, WEI Xue-chun, WEI Ran
The integrated development of "culture-tourism-science and technology" (referred to as "culturetourism-science and technology") industry in urban agglomeration is accompanied by the formation and development process of urban agglomeration. In this paper, the basic principle of the rising law of "culture-tourism-science" industry integration development level in urban agglomeration is analyzed, and the mathematical model is constructed to obtain its geometric expression. Then, the evaluation index system of "culturetourism-science" industry integration development in urban agglomerations is constructed, and the integrated development level of "culture-tourism-science" industry in cities and urban agglomerations in China is calculated by using the coupling coordination degree model improved by introducing time adjustment coefficient, and the evaluation results are analyzed in time and space by Arcgis10.2. Finally, the method of simulation verification is used to fit and verify the rising rule of "culture-tourism-science" industry integration development level in China's urban agglomerations.

162 EVOLUTION AND INFLUENCING FACTORS OF INDUSTRIAL INVESTMENT NETWORK IN BEIJING-TIANJIN-HEBEI URBAN AGGLOMERATION
LI Cong, LU Ming-hua, ZHANG Jin-zhe, YU Jia-li
Using the industrial investment date from industrial and commercial enterprise registration system from 2000 to 2019 to construct the industrial investment network of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration, this paper used the social network analysis method to analyze the temporal and spatial evolution characteristics and industrial differences. On this basis, the QAP regression model was used to reveal the influencing factors of industrial investment network. The main conclusions were as follows: The scale of industrial investment had been growing in stages, and the scope of investment had been enlarged. The investment pattern had evolved from a mononudera radiation network to a "two-layer triangular interconnected radiation network". The core periphery structure was obvious, but the polarization phenomenon was gradually weakened. Beijing was a "large-scale output" city, Shijiazhuang was a "small-scale output" city, Tianjin, Baoding and Tangshan were "large-scale input" cities, Cangzhou, Langfang, Zhangjiakou, Qinhuangdao and Xingtai were "small-scale input" cities, and Hengshui, Chengde and Handan were "small-scale equilibrium" cities. Industrial investment network had industry heterogeneity. The manufacturing industry presented a hierarchical radiation network, while the scientific research and technical service industry presented a mononuclear radiation network with Beijing as the core.

171 RESEARCH ON THE EVOLUTION MECHANISM OF RURAL TOURISM DESTINATION GOVERNANCE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF GOOD GOVERNANCE WITH AUTHORITATIVE: A CASE OF YUANJIA VILLAGE IN SHAANXI, CHINA
GUO Lian-wen, ZHANG Yan, XU Hong, ZHANG Xing-fa
Rural issues are fundamental issues concerning national economy and people's livelihood. To effectively solve rural issues and promote the effective connection of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, it is inseparable from the guarantee of "effective governance". Rural tourism is an important industrial support to realize the strategy of rural revitalization. However, currently rural tourism destinations in China are faced frequent conflicts between hosts and guests, insufficient participation of villagers and other difficulties. It is urgent to explore the effective governance path of cultivating endogenous subjects and stimulating endogenous impetus. Chinese village committees, which are widely existing in rural tourism destinations, as the core of leader to promote the development of rural tourism. Based on the perspective of good governance with authority, this study uses a longitudinal case study method to explore the evolution process and internal mechanism of the governance structure since the development of rural tourism in Yuanjia village, Shaanxi province. The results show that: Local authoritarian governance body plays a leading role in each stage of rural tourism destination governance, playing multiple roles such as "decision maker", "leader" and "agent", and realizes the governance role with the establishment of effective organizations and formal systems change. 183 SPATIAL PATTERN AND FORMING MECHANISM OF NEW TOURISM RETAIL IN CTRIP: A CASE STUDY OF OFFLINE STORES IN SHANGHAI
WANG Juan, DING Xuan-wen
Based on Ctrip's offline stores in Shanghai and 37272 relevant point of interest (POI) data captured from Gaode map developer platform, this study comprehensively used the spatial analysis methods such as Standard Deviation Ellipse, Average Nearest Neighbor, Thiessen Polygon, Kernel Density Estimation and GeoDetector to explore the spatial pattern, location choice and formation mechanism of new tourism retail in Ctrip. The results showed that: 1) At the initial stage of development, new tourism retail in Ctrip still prefers the central location, but the demand for the central location of the city is not as strong as that of the traditional retail industry, and the trend of subsidence is obvious to the edge of the city center and the suburbs; 2) The offline stores of Ctrip show an agglomerative spatial distribution type and form a "multi center - outward expansion" distribution pattern. But they are clustered on a larger spatial scale, with a significant centrifugal trend; 3) The location choice of new tourism retail depends on the offline life service scenes of the target market dominated by office buildings. Compared with the traditional retail industry, the preference for highdensity areas of office buildings exceeds that of high-density areas of shopping malls. Traffic conditions, spatial distribution of traditional travel agencies, and the level of rent take the second place, CBD approach degree and business district grade have less influence; 4) The spatial pattern and location characteristics of Ctrip's offline stores are the result of the joint action of enterprise business segment planning, geographical entity space competition and regional industrial supporting level.
