Abstract：In join division of Gansu,Sichuan and Qinghai,restricted by the unique geographical environment and the manifold structure of nationality,culture,religion and economy,the towns developed slowly.The motive forces urban development due to the center administrative establish.For single town,the super affinity of nationality culture,religion and trade are the mine power.Here,the human-environment relationship and residence model were determined by the unique nature-human geographical environment.By culture link,form the spatial structure of urban system.
