Abstract：The necessity and feasibility to carry out PPT tourism strategy in province of Fujian comes from the specific conditions of Fujian Province. The paper putts forward some conceptions in carrying out PPT tourism strategy such as: avoiding the existing problems during tourism development in some districts where economic situations aren't flourish enough, setting up new ideas of developing tourism and assisting the poor, winning over different kinds of aid projects, adopting the pattern of government leading and coordinating, promoting the degrees in which local people participate, increasing the strength of market developing, carrying out the strategy of exquisite tourist product, forming reciprocal system in trade and local, protecting the natural and social ecological environment.
