Abstract：Guangzhou city has advantages of location and markets in developing theme parks.But in fact, these advantages have not been exerted sufficiently.Based on systematic analysis of present development and problems existing in Guangzhou theme parks, this paper has proposed the concrete countermeasures on how to develop theme parks continuously in Guangzhou city.
