Abstract:With the diversification of tourism demand is warming up step by step for tourists,the tourism development activities and the number of product supply arc also showing a trend of rapid development.This continued strong momentum of supply and demand determines the tourism's a high demand for natural resources and high-consumption lifestyle,which is an important factor to affect the ecological environment of the tourist destinations.Chinese tourism real estate development in urban areas,tourist areas,resource use,space planning and design on the control of defects has become increasingly prominent.As leisure tourism real estate development of the economic,its development is confronted with the dual pressures of industrial restructuring and resource constraints.The paper from the post-modern tourism real estate visual threshold of development idea,combining sustainable development and inclusive development concept,constructing pyramid model of inclusive development and should abide by 6 principles,to be followed ground-figure relationship principle,tourism industry convergence principle,regional sharing of facilities and priorities for supporting,diversity and low-carbon city principle,JHTB development principle and so on,which to make up the insufficient to compensate for the functional orientation of modern tourism and spatial planning.Inclusive development of post-modern tourism real estate development concept and advocate JHTB development,in favor of public resources,optimize the allocation of public space control,and improve tourist attractions,spatial quality.
