1 RESEARCH ON POLICY MOBILITY FROM A GEOGRAPHICAL PERSPECTIVE: PROGRESS AND PROSPECTS
GUO Jie, DU Zhi-wei, ZHANG Hong-ou, WANG Kun
In the context of increasing globalization, policy mobility has become an important and cuttingedge topic in international human geography, attracting extensive attention from scholars of political economy, post-colonialism and post-structuralism, and generating a wealth of theoretical and empirical research. Based on the critique of the "normative-rational" perspective of political science, geographers have adopted the "relational-constructive" and "topological This paper explores the issues of policy mobility and variation, the uneven geography of policy mobility, and the topological network of policy circulation from a "relational-constructive" and "topological-assemblage" perspective. This paper compares the three shifts in research perspectives on policy mobility and summarizes the core issues, research methods and limitations of different perspectives. It is argued that the study of policy mobility provides both theoretical and methodological implications for rethinking local policy making, innovation diffusion and uneven geographical development in China. Future research should be strengthened in the following areas:(i) The relational, interplace, and cross-scale constructive processes of policy making and knowledge innovation, (ii) the relationship between the diffusion mechanism of policy innovation and geographically uneven development, and (iii) the relationship between territorial governance and policy making in China and the construction of a global policy community.

8 RESEARCH ON GEOGRAPHICAL IMAGINATION OF CHINA IN THE CONTEXT OF WE MEDIA: TAKING THE OVERSEAS AUDIENCES OF LI ZIQI'S SHORT VIDEO ON YOUTUBE AS AN EXAMPLE
YANG Wei-qing, LUO Qiu-ju
Geographical imagination is a psychological process of information processing or reforming of places and their local knowledge to shape new images. This study applies geographical imagination to social media research, taking overseas audiences of an internet celebrity Li Ziqi's short videos on YouTube as the research subject, through content analysis of public comments and semi-structured interviews, to explore how the local knowledge produced by We Media is dynamically deconstructed, represented and reconstructed by the audiences' geographical imagination. The study found that:1) the construction of geographical imagination in short video communities is composed of individual and collective imagination, which forms similar viewpoints through interactive discussion, giving meaning and co-creating value to the short videos, thereby affects audiences' behavioral intentions. 2) Li Ziqi's short videos awaken audiences' positive emotions, and their geographical imagination is activated by high-quality audiovisual sensory experiences, which includes the imagination on material elements in short videos at the microscopic level and the imagination on China at the macroscopic level. This study broadens the research perspective of geographical imagination, and provides reference for the shaping of China's international cultural tourism images and projects.

17 RESEARCH ON SHADOW EDUCATION GENTRIFICATION AND ITS FORMATION MECHANISM: A CASE STUDY OF LANZHOU
WANG Jia-ming, LUO Zhan-fu, QIN Li-shuang, WANG Jin, BAI Xue
In the process of China's economic and social transformation, the phenomenon of the educational gentrification has been of considerable concern, but whether there is a gentleman issue for the fast-growing of the shadow education with the dual attributes of the educational and commercial is worth exploring. With the main urban area of Lanzhou city as the research scope and shadow education institutions as the research object, this study adopts methods such as spatial kernel density and OD cost matrix to quantitatively understand the relational interaction process of spatial accessibility, economic adaptability and social contact of shadow education and its associated elements, and then comprehensively determine the spatial characteristics of gentrification of shadow education. To explore the gentrification of shadow education and its formation mechanism. The results show that:1) The spatial distribution of shadow education in the main urban area of Lanzhou City is characterized by multinuclear agglomeration in the shape of a river valley belt, and the site selection has the spatial-social contact characteristics of being close to the residential areas. 2) The shadow education gentle space in the main city of Lanzhou City presents the distribution pattern of strong east and weak west, more east and less west, with an obvious tendency of expansion, and is most typical of the core area of Chengguan District, which is characterized by high accessibility-high economic adaptabilityhigh social contact. 3) Urban function expansion and renewal under the historical inertia of unit system and school district system, the long-term accumulation of high-quality education resources area becomes the spatial basis of shadow education gentrification.

29 ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACT MECHANISM OF BUILT ENVIRONMENT ON RESIDENTS' COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION: A CASE STUDY OF NANJING CITY
KONG Yu, ZHEN Feng, CHANG En-yu, ZHANG Shan-qi
Community participation is an important part of community planning. The built environment plays a significant role in influencing residents' community participation. However, the current research on the impact mechanism of the built environment on residents' community participation is limited. Based on the questionnaire survey data of 33 communities in Nanjing, this paper discusses the impact mechanism of built environment on residents' community participation through structural equation model. The results show that, among the endogenous variables, the objective built environment has no direct effect on residents' community participation, but the objective built environment affects residents' community participation through the intermediary effect of perceived built environment and social capital. In addition, the perceived built environment has a direct effect on residents' community participation, and at the same time, it has an indirect impact on residents' community participation through the intermediary effect of social capital. Regarding the influence of exogenous variables on endogenous variables, there are total effects of community type, gender, annual household income, education, and age on residents' community participation. The results reveal the impact mechanism of community built environment on residents' community participation.

40 EXAMINING THE SPATIAL MISMATCH OF THE ELDERLY CARE DEVELOPMENT LEVEL: A CASE STUDY OF JIANGSU PROVINCE
GU Zong-ni, LUO Xiao-long
With the deepening of the aging of society in China, the construction of sustainable elderly care resource system has become an important action to actively deal with the increasing number of aging population. The spatial matching of elderly care facilities not only needs to consider the number of facilities, but also combines service quality, as well as multiple service functions such as medical treatment and entertainment. According to the factors of healthcare and elderly care, this paper develops an index of elderly care development level accounting for the quantity, capacity, diversity and the medical factors. This study takes 95 districts and counties of Jiangsu province as the study area and assesses the spatial distribution of pension resources. The Gini coefficient and spatial autocorrelation analysis are used to study the heterogeneity in the elderly care development level among districts and counties, and the spatial regression model is used to explore impact of the health factors. The results showed that:1) High administrative level and economically developed districts and counties have certain advantages in the development level of elderly care facilities because of their perfect medical facility system. 2) There is a spatial mismatch between the development level of elderly care facilities and the degree of aging in districts and counties. 3) Health facilities play a significant role in promoting the development level of pension facilities.

48 THE SPATIOTEMPORAL EVOLUTIONARY CHARACTERISTICS OF FARMERS' INCOME GROWTH IMPETUS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF INCOME STRUCTURE: A CASE STUDY OF ROCKY DESERTIFICATION POVERTY ALLEVIATION AREAS
ZHOU Tao, HUANG Dong-yue
The sustainable and stable growth of farmers' income is important to further consolidate the results of poverty alleviation areas and achieve rural revitalization in poverty alleviation areas. This paper constructs an analytical framework for farmers' income growth based on theoretical analysis, uses data from 80 counties in rocky desert poverty alleviation areas to measure farmers' income growth impetus and its combined relationship with the Weaver-Thomas model, and uses the grey correlation model to verify the correlation between the structure of farmers' income growth impetus and its stability with the level and growth rate of farmers' income, and then explore the spatiotemporal development characteristics of farmers' income growth impetus in the study area. The study shows that:1) The growth of farmers' income is driven by five types of factors, including the development of non-agricultural industries, the development of agricultural industries, capital investment, infrastructure, public services, and so on. 2) There is a significant positive correlation between the share of the main drivers of farm income growth and the level of farm income. 3) There is a significant negative correlation between the stability of the driving structure of farm income growth and the growth rate of farm income. 4) There is spatiotemporal heterogeneity in the structure of farm income growth impulses within a given geographical area.

59 EXPLORING THE SPATIAL REPRODUCTION MECHANISM OF OLD INDUSTRIAL AREAS IN THE CONTEXT OF URBAN RENEWAL: AN EXAMPLE OF THE OLD INDUSTRIAL AREA OF YAOHAI, HEFEI CITY
HAN Hui-ran, XU Ling-yi, YANG Cheng-feng
Urban renewal is an important driving force for the transformation and reconstruction of urban space in China. As a key link, the renovation of old industrial areas in cities has enormous potential for revaluation, which becoming a sought after target for local governments, enterprises, and other multi-interest entities. In this context, the theory of production of space provides a new method and perspective for researches on urban renewal, which was becoming an important theoretical tool for explaining spatial phenomena, spatial problems, and operation mechanisms that occur in the process of urban renewal. The theory holds that space is the production of society, and constructs the theoretical framework of the production process of material space, spiritual space, and social space, known as spatial triadic dialectics. In order to gain a deeper understanding of urban renewal mechanism, this paper constructs an analytical framework for the interaction between multiple factors from different levels of perspective based on the Lefebvre's space production theory, and takes Yaohai old industrial area in Hefei City as an example, and it is deconstructed from a multidimensional analysis and deduction on the transformation process, and this paper proposes a conceptual model of spatial reproduction mechanism in the renewal process of the old industrial areas. The results indicate that:the spatial representation of old industrial areas in the city is reflected in the spatial conception of government based on public interests, while the representational space is the spatial reshaping in the game of multi-benefit subjects, and spatial practice is the spatial creation under the domination of government power.

68 SPATIAL MOBILITY AND INTERGENERATIONAL SOCIAL MOBILITY OF MIGRANTS: THE INFLUENCE OF BIRTHPLACE AND DESTINATIONS
CAI Yu-ying, WANG Jie-jing
Escalator Region Theory builds a bridge between spatial mobility and intergenerational social mobility. However, when exploring the impact of spatial mobility on intergenerational social mobility, Escalator Region Theory only focuses on the impact of their destinations on the intergenerational social mobility of migrants. On the other hand, Childhood Exposure Effect emphasizes the neighborhood where the children live on their intergenerational social mobility. This study attempts to connect the influence of birthplace and their destinations on the intergenerational social mobility of migrants. Based on the data from Chinese General Social Survey (CGSS) in 2010, 2013, and 2015, this study finds that spatial mobility has a significant positive impact on the intergenerational social mobility of migrants in China. Cities with a high level of economic development, large-scale agglomeration economy, and central cities, play the role of escalator regions in China. Besides, being born in central cities and cities with a high level of economic development are also significantly conducive to the intergenerational social mobility of migrants. Moreover, the results show that the characteristics of the birthplace, including the level of economic development, the scale of agglomeration economy, and whether it is a central city, have a significant positive moderating effect on the relationship between the relative characteristics of the destinations and the intergenerational social mobility of migrants, indicating that the characteristics of birthplace will affect the functions of the escalator regions. The findings of this study can make up for the lack of attention of Escalator Region Theory to the space before the mobility of migrants.

93 THE EFFECT OF URBAN SPACE USE OF MIGRANTS ON CITY BELONGING: A CASE STUDY OF SHANGHAI
LI Ruo-ming, TA Na
In China, there are a large number of internal migrants circulating from hometown to their destination cities every year. Under the background of New-type Urbanization, the sense of belonging of the migrants, as one of the main bodies of the city, needs to be paid attention to and improved. In view of these, this study takes Shanghai as a destination of case study. Based on the primary data of the suburban residents' behavior survey in 2017, we divide migrants into newcomers (0-5 years), adaptors (5-10 years) and long-term migrants (10 years or above) by residence duration. We compare the level of city belonging of migrants with different residence duration and explore its main influence factors by using the orderly Logistic model. The results show that the city belonging of migrants in the suburbs of Shanghai is mediocre, but there are significant differences in the city belonging of migrants with different residence duration. Long-term migrants show the strongest sense of belonging to Shanghai indicating residence duration still positively affects city belonging of migrants. The time use of different urban spaces significantly affects the sense of belonging of migrants and the effect has population heterogeneity.

101 A STUDY ON MIGRANTS' ATTAINMENT OF URBAN CITIZENSHIP IN A CHINESE MEGACITY: AN EXPLANATORY FRAMEWORK OF MOBILITY AND IMMOBILITY
LI Li-mei, CHEN Yun
The internal migration in China is a two-track system that is composed of the permanent and temporary migration under the hukou (household registration) system. What distinguishes the permanent and temporary migration is not the length of residence at the destination but whether the hukou is transferred to the destination. Migrants have varying degrees of agencies to respond to structural restrictions, producing different consequences of urban citizenship mobility and immobility, which can be observed not only between permanent and temporary migrants, but also within permanent migrants and temporary migrants. How can we understand the urban citizenship mobility and immobility among migrants in Chinese cities? Based on the statistical data of population migration and hukou conferment, the in-depth interviews with hukou migrants and the judgment verdicts of the administrative litigation on hukou disputes in Shanghai, this study identifies five types of mobility and immobility:acquiescent immobility, voluntary mobility, involuntary mobility, involuntary immobility and voluntary immobility. Mobility is highly heterogeneous, different groups of migrants obtain hukou in different ways. Immobility also occurs in different ways. Immobility can be seen not only as an acquiescent or involuntary response under structural constraints, but also as an voluntary or strategic choice.

113 STUDY ON THE HUMAN-LAND RELATIONSHIP AND SPATIAL COORDINATION IN THE WULING MOUNTAIN AREA OF HUNAN PROVINCE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF HIGH-QUALITY DEVELOPMENT
LI Zhen-min, SHI Lei
The high-quality development of the region must address two key issues:One is to promote the harmonious coexistence between people and nature, and the other is to promote the spatial coordination of the region. In this study, by using 2020 data, we firstly evaluate the coordination of human-land coupling from the perspective of supply and demand for each district and county in the Wuling Mountain area of Hunan Province, and then analyze the spatial coordination in terms of quality development and spatial connection using the optimized gravitational model and social network analysis method. The results show that:In the coordination of human-land relations, the counties and districts present a spatial pattern of "S" distribution with relative coordination in the west and northeast, dislocation in the southeast, and endangered dislocation, and the whole is in the state of barely coordinated with the largest number of demand lagging types; in the spatial coordination, the gradient effect is significant in the quality of development, there is a significant gradient effect in terms of development quality, characterized by a pattern of east-high and west-low, forming a spatial linkage network structure of "core-semi-core-edge", but the density is low, the function of transmission and interaction is weak, and the linkage effect is insufficient.

122 AN ANALYSIS OF RURAL SETTLEMENT PATTERNS AND THEIR EFFECT MECHANISMS BASED ON ROAD TRAFFIC ACCESSIBILITY IN POVERTY ALLEVIATION AREA
TU Ye-lv, CAO Xiao-shu, YAO Ling-ling
The distribution of rural settlements is an important manifestation of man-land relationship in specific regions. Exploring the distribution of rural settlement space in the mountains is an important basic work that reveals the regional characteristics of the rural human-land relationship system in the mountains. This paper is based on Shaanxi Province in the south section of Qinba Mountains as a typical case area. It uses raster cost weighted distance, geographical spatial analysis, accessibility and geographical detectors to systematically analyze the characteristics and influencing factors of rural settlement space in the mountains of Yangxian County. The results show that:the accessibility of Yangxian County has obvious spatial difference, which shows the zonal distribution characteristics extending along the traffic roads. Mountainous rural settlements distribution has significant low elevation and clustering orientation. Yangxian rural settlements are mostly distributed in low-level southern and low-level areas in the south, showing the agglomeration distribution trend. The absolute number and relative proportion of the countryside have gradually increased with the improvement of the level. In the regional system of mountainous areas, natural conditions such as elevation, slope, precipitation, and temperature,as well as education and medical treatment are the key factors affecting the distribution of rural settlement space in the research area.

130 THE DIFFERENCES AND CONNECTIONS BETWEEN HIGH-SPEED RAIL FLOW AND INFORMATION FLOW IN PROMOTING THE EVOLUTION OF URBAN CROSS-BORDER NETWORKS IN THE BOHAI RIM REGION
GUO Jian-ke, LIU Xiao-yang, HAN Zeng-lin, WANG Shao-bo, FENG Tian-qi
Flow element is the leading force of regional integration development. High-speed rail flow and information flow are the main material flow pattern and virtual flow pattern of flow space, which have different effects on urban network pattern. Based on the high-speed rail passenger frequency and Baidu index data in 2010, 2015 and 2020, this paper uses the complex network model to describe the characteristics of urban cross-border network changes in the Bohai Rim region in recent years. The results show that:1) From 2010 to 2020, the intensity of urban linkages from the perspective of high-speed rail flow and information flow has increased significantly, both of them show a "convergence" evolution trend, jointly promoting the formation of five growth poles in the Bohai Rim region. 2) There are differences in the characteristics of urban cross-border connections. 3) High-speed rail and information have different regional organizational structures. 4) Under the action of flow factors, the Bohai Rim region has realized the coupling development of "point axis-group area".

142 RESEARCH ON THE IMPACT EFFECT OF URBAN AIR TRANSPORTATION LINKAGE NETWORKS ON TOURISM ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN CHINA
CAI Hong-yun, MING Qing-zhong, HAN Jian-lei, GONG Xiao-mei
Based on the panel data from 148 cities in China's aviation sector spanning the period of 2011-2020, this research explores the influence of air transportation linkage networks on tourism economic development. The research employs various methodologies, including complex network analysis, non-radial Super-SBM model, spatial Markov chain, and dynamic spatial panel Durbin model, to explore spatial evolution patterns and provide empirical evidence. The findings reveal that air transportation linkage networks exhibit a core sub-network characterized by a "diamond" or "overlapping triangle" structure, strengthening network balance, stability, and overlapping effect. The community structure demonstrates an "intertwined and overlapping" pattern in the central-eastern region, while the western region features "edge cities in close proximity". The spatial distribution of tourism economic efficiency levels follows an east > southwest > central > west pattern, the hierarchical solidification of spatial evolution is clearly characterized. Different from the empirical results obtained from previous researches, this research reveals that when a city becomes connected to aviation, it immediately benefits from positive tourism factors due to the spillover of aviation advantages from neighboring cities. Finally, to avoid the negative consequences of agglomeration under balanced competition, China should promote inter-city tourism capital flows, industry-related division of labor cooperation, and knowledge and technology spillover.

153 KNOWLEDGE-BASED GOVERNANCE OF HERITAGE TOURISM SITE: A CASE STUDY OF DANXIA MOUNTAIN
YANG Ji-rong, ZHANG Chao-zhi
Heritage tourism sites have undergone a transformation in their main contradiction from a competition for the economic value of heritage resources among stakeholders to conflicts between multiple values. Existing theoretical perspectives based on public resource governance overlook the significance of heritage values and its connection to the meaning behind governance practices and power relations. The definition and use of heritage values are closely tied to social processes of knowledge production and dissemination. This paper examines the role of knowledge as a governance tool in the case study of Danxia Mountain World Natural Heritage tourism destination. Findings show that knowledge can serve as an effective governance mechanism in the face of conflicts arising from multiple values in heritage tourism sites. 1) Knowledge discourse serves as the foundation of governance power operation and the source of authority for management agency. 2) Knowledge discourse further leverages spatial reorganization of heritage tourism sites to exert its governance power. 3) Knowledge fosters the identity and responsibility of heritage resource users and turns them into active participants. Knowledge shapes heritage resource users' cognition and imagination of heritage tourism sites and instills in them a sense of identity and responsibility, making heritage resource users autonomous agents who conform to the knowledge discourse and actively participate in heritage protection and value dissemination.

161 THE INFLUENCE OF RURAL TOURIST DESTINATION RESIDENTS' RELATIVE DEPRIVATION ON THEIR ENGAGEMENT BEHAVIORS WITH ENTERPRISE: COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS BETWEEN STATE-OWNED AND PRIVATE ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT OF SCENIC SPOTS
GONG Jing-jing, TANG Wen-yue
How to understand the logic of residents' conflict behaviors in rural tourist destinations, to promote their engagement behaviors with tourism enterprises are urgent problems to be solved in the development of rural tourism. Empirical tests and comparisons are conducted based on the data of two types of rural scenic spots (spots operated by state-owned enterprise and spots operated by private enterprise) in Wuyuan county, Jiangxi province. In spots operated by state-owned enterprise, 406 questionnaires were distributed and 394 valid questionnaires were received (valid collection rate, 97%) from August 6 to 25, 2020. This study draws the following conclusions. 1) Relative deprivation is an important factor affecting the resident-enterprise engagement behaviors. 2) The influence of group relative deprivation on resident-enterprise engagement behaviors is greater than that of individual relative deprivation. 3) The influence mechanism of individual relative deprivation is different between the two types of scenic spots. 4) The influence degree of relative deprivation varies according to the different management modes of scenic spots.

173 RECOGNITION AND MEASUREMENT OF TOURISTS' PERCEPTUAL RURALITY IN TOURISM CONTEXT: A CASE STUDY OF YU VILLAGE IN ANJI, ZHEJIANG PROVINCE
ZHANG Yu, LU Lin, CHEN Jie-qi, ZHANG Qing-yuan
There is a gap between the traditional rurality evaluation and the research on rural spatial reconstruction in geography, which ignores the inherent tension of countryside and the subjective status of the individual in tourism context, and it is difficult to provide theoretical support for the reality of rapidly evolving rural development. From the perspective of tourists, this study interprets rurality of Yu village by combining literature review and field interviews, and clarifies the basic structure of rurality cognition through the construction and verification of the scale. The findings are as follows:1) Rurality in tourism context is a manifestation of human-land relationship, which is the result of the interaction between objective existence and subjective cognition. Rurality complements the imaginary dimension of the countryside, connecting nature and society, the local and the global, the traditional and the modern. 2) The rurality cognition in tourism context can be presented in six dimensions:natural environment, humanistic environment, tourism function, history and culture, emotional meaning, and innovative acculturation. 3) The developed rurality cognition measurement scale in tourism context contains 26 items in 6 dimensions. The verification shows that the scale has ideal reliability and validity, and the goodness of fit test results of the model are good.

184 INFLUENCE OF INTERNET CELEBRITY BLOGGER AND INTERNET CELEBRITY SCENE ON TRAVEL INTENTION AND WORD-OF-MOUTH RECOMMENDATION
XIAO Ning, YANG Jin-hua, XU Yuan-zhao, LEI Fa-yu
The Internet celebrity publicity of short videos in tourist destinations has an important impact on the travel of consumers, and this phenomenon has attracted extensive attention from the academic circle. At the present stage, although some scholars have combined the short videos of Internet celebrities with tourists' travel intention and word-of-mouth recommendation, the research on its influence mechanism still needs to be further explored. The research based on the two-dimensional perspective of Internet celebrity bloggers and Internet celebrity scenes is relatively insufficient. Therefore, based on SOR theory and opinion leader theory, this paper collects questionnaire survey data and adopts structural equation model to conduct empirical research to explore the influence of Internet celebrity bloggers and Internet celebrity scenes on travel intention and word-of mouth recommendation. The results show that:1) the characteristics of Internet celebrity bloggers and Internet celebrity scenes in short videos have a significant positive impact on the cognitive and emotional responses of consumers; 2) Cognitive and emotional responses also have significant positive effects on consumers' travel intention and word-of-mouth recommendation; 3) Consumers' cognitive response, emotional response and travel intention play a chain mediating effect between online celebrity bloggers, online celebrity scenes and word-of-mouth recommendation. In addition to these findings, this study also provides theoretical and practical enlightenment for tourism destinations to improve the effect of new media marketing represented by short videos.
