Abstract：Based on the theory of chaos, preliminary research has been made on the food production series by the method of fractal dimension.Magnet dimension and Kolomogorov entropy of the series are analyzed and its fractal characteristic is proved.The results show that the change of the series is a concrete low-dimension chaotic magnet and to describe reliably the dynamic system of food production, 12 variables is needed.
