根据对郑州、广州等城市的土地结构分析,总结出关于城市土地利用的信息熵值规律:大城市用地结构的信息熵一般大于小城市的信息熵,综合性城市的信息熵严格大于专业化城市的信息熵,城市化地区的信息熵必须大于各功能区的信息熵。基于信息熵值规律,提出了关于城市空间形态的分维包容原理:城市化地区土地形态的分形维数必须大于各类型土地空间分布的分形维数。

Some basic laws of information values(abbr. H-values) of urban land-use composition are presented in the paper based on the researches of land-use regulations of the cities of Zhengzhou, Guangzhou, etc. The laws may be summarized as follows:①The land-use H-values of the larger cities are greater than those of the smaller ones generally; ②The land-use H-values of the comprehensive cities(multi-function cities) are greater than those of the specialized ones(single-function ones)strictly; ③The land-use H-value of the urbanized area must be greater than that of each function section of a city normally. From the last can be derived a fractal principle of urban structure:The information dimension value of spatial land-use pattern of an urbanized area is greater than that of each type of land in a well-developed city.
